- Let's do a round of grocery shopping at the supermarket to get the ingredients for my two quick & easy meal ideas: mazesoba and sautéd nagaimo! 😋
Today, I'm showing you how I prep a healthy Japanese side dish. Also, for dinner, I'm making a classic: mazesoba! For the side dish, I'm using nagaimo, which is in season right now in Japan.
These recipes use healthy and fresh ingredients, so you will be doing something great for yourself. 😊

I'm happy that you like what I cooked! It was actually surprisingly quick to make, especially the nagaimo. The ramen noodles also just need 2-3 minutes to cook, so it's very busy-day-friendly 😆
