Just a suggestion, when you pull the saddle tanks off for storage time, hit the tubes with a wire wheel disc and then coat them with grease and wrap them with common household cellophane (food plastic wrap). It will prevent rust from forming.
could go oldschool and use cosmoline. its far more effective than grease, but you need a strong solvent like gasoline to remote it.
Just use woolwax spray (FluidFilm) Stops rust and no need to use solvents to remove.
Coat them with MotorKote and they won't rust.
@@radoliz2 or Bostik Glidecoat.
I think, it is so great, that you all work together, go places together, and play together! You have a lot of what many businesses do not have. Love among yourselves.
It’s so much fun to watch you guys because you are just like us- we razz each other relentlessly. Thanks for going through the process of taking us along during your day.
I'm picturing Grandma lugging a case of water...
You guys are my favorite CZcamsr. Your content is all over the place never know what you guys are doing from one day to the next.
Special ‘hi’ to Grandma.🇨🇦
I got 2 1/2 in Springfield yesterday. Be ready for more lake time. Minnesota is land of 10.000 lake now it's 20.000 with all the slues and field ponds. Stay dry and safe up there
You could make him strawberry blonde by rubbing strawberries in his hair. When we were kids my brother and me rub strawberries (ok smashed strawberries) into little brothers hair. He claimed he was strawberry blonde so we made him one LOL. Grandma wasn't happy we wasted few strawberries from her garden. Mom was trying to act mad but was laughing
Thanks for another great video everyone.
It was interesting and enjoyable for sure.
Wow. All of you are into all kinds of projects. Due to the rain you all are doing all kinds of projects to put equipment and items away after planting season.
Amazing how much equipment pieces one accumulates that has to be cleaned and put away.
Planter parts and seed boxes to be cleaned and detentions is always a big project. Looks like you and Eric got one planter done anyway.
Croquet set you found in the old grainy. Always hold onto that. People are collecting them now days. Neat item Chet.
Guess that is it. Thanks for everything you all.
Take care.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Can't wait until Winter to see Dougo pulling Chet and Brody on the sleds using that contraption. 🤣
I just want you to know I'm praying dougo God bless your Farm
Yup we had 3/4" in 20 mins and ping pong sized hail, plow winds too, mother nature is going through menopause
For your trailer jacks. Hit them with NLGI 0 grease periodically. It’s thin enough to move alright in the cold and they won’t seize.
to the batwing mower, Robin!
thank you
Your winning, your doing good.
Hey DougO', at least you still have hair. I lost most of mine between 23 & 33.
Awesome video guys. 🚜🚜🚜
WE HAD OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN YESTERDAY AND OUR CREEK WAS SO FULL IT WAS INSANE IN FACT WERE UP TO 12.50 INCHES FOR JUNE ALREADY. AND WERE UP TO 41.00 INCHES OF RAIN SINCE LATE MARCH WHAT A WET YEAR. THERE MANY FIELDS IN WI NOT PLANTED EITHER
Chet Eric Broodie and Jordan great work really enjoyed it great explanations on the planter
Amazing video Chet!!!
This was a really cool video with lots of funny moments. A lot of funny things said 😅. 👍❤️
Thanks 👍
I always notice the hog barns. I started raising pigs when I was a sophomore, in High school I had 3 sows. As a Senior I had 59 to breed. I built my large farming and ranching operation from the pigs. In 1998 when butchers were worth 8 cents per pound I almost went broke. Not able to raise pigs anymore. I would love to see videos of you guys raising pigs back in the day..
We also are set back with planting. Just no-tilled our last couple acres Just so we can be done with this mess. Still trying to do 1st crop also but it rains a little every day. Been a goofy year.
It's good to see BS & Chet!
Croquet is fun and so is yard darts😂
I miss Lawn Darts so much, can't buy the old school good ones here anymore.
You need to take water to grandma. Not have her come and get it.
👣 Hey Dougo... Lol you guys are fun to watch..
I ❤ NORTHERN CHILL !! BEST WATER EVER
It is absolutely unbelievable how much rain you’ve had!
From first of May until June 3rd we had 23 inches of rain in west central Missouri. Nine inches in central ne night alone.
We were not as wet in NE Indiana but now the water has stopped and temperatures in the 90s but hey we knew that would happen
cricket uses a big wide fat bat and you get the ball thrown on a bounce to you.... think baseball ... croquet is like marbles ;)
great video
🇺🇸Larson Farm’n🇺🇸
😎
And over here in Osakis we got 2" last night and now another morning and afternoon of at least 2 more.... JEEZ
Team Larson !
Great video , 👍👍👍
The name of this video should have been WOW… not sure how many times I’ve heard that and I’m not even half way through 😂
the swing in baseball and golf are very similar; I see that you're moving your grip position forward as you strike the ball - keep you hands still at the bottom of your swing so they act as the 'fulcrum' of your bat (club, mallet) swing-radius (so it swings around that point). A ball on a string rotation is what you're trying to get as you connect with the ball. I guarantee a hole in one on your first day after learning that swing. :)
must be great to have a job that you all seem to have so much fun with i appreciate the job you all do for the world
I think I've got the Larsons Cold Flue...drove from Rogers out to a farm North of you to do some roof repair on Mother in laws Farm and caught the bug....3 inches of rain, thats a stopper....
I love Northern Chill!
Might have to plant rice in the floodedareas?
Hey Chet, Dougo, and everyone else up there. Your not going to believe this but a case of Northern Chill came through a certain large carrier the other day, of course I know who drinks it and the first thing I thought was Larson Farm’s!… Yes, it was delivering way down South somewhere.lol Stay safe and God Bless!….
That’s awesome!
Could probs open the lids on those demco tanks and by the time its dry enough to spray they'll be full 😂
I think here in Green Bay it has rained some everyday for about 3 weeks now! Wishing the best to you guys at Larson Farms!
I like your videos Chet your the best 😂
Sharing info to help is the best....
Green Acres is the place to be...
Farm livi'n is the life for me...
Land spread'n out so far and wide...
Darling I love you but give than countryside....
That acid “reflex” 😂🤣
First time I have ever seen the Larsons store a piece of equipment (saddle tanks) without cleaning them first!
Bump the idle up for pro long idles and also helps a/c
Now if you grease up the connections then next year you won’t have to do all the sanding grease both tractor and the tanks actually I might think about painting the tractor due to mud that we know is coming.
Water water everywhere and you guys haul it in by the pallet.
You never know you boys might have to hook the 9rx back up to the sprayer to get through the mud. That’s last chance romance lol
Get well Doug.
I just love miracles.
I've seen the new drones that spray crops.
$42.95 + Shipping for one case of water? 😱 OMG are they nuts?
Table Leg Oops --- gently open crack with wedges and pour carpenter's glue (yellow) down the opening - let it drip down the split as far as possible and spread it around with a thin stick as much as you can, then install the bolts (so the holes stay clear of dried glue) and tape it (or clamp it) and wipe excess glue off --- an hour or two later, remove tape and attach it to table.
That is exactly my thoughts when I saw what happened.
Love it
Video "Big Swedes Strawberry Blonde!!
Belts don't stretch when left tensioned. They will shrink when left de tensioned. Big thing with baler belts. Also the same with other drive belts on equipment.
It's called the land of 10,000 lakes for a reason. But every once in a while.......20,000! 😊
Is gotta be 5 acres for it to be a lake in Minnesota
We paint the inside of our combine Ben’s to speed up the unloading of high moisture corn with the grafite paint
Chet you should set up the Jack's on the trailer so you can use the half inch driver.
I love to play crochet
another great video
My in-laws created a game called Croricochet pretty much croquet, but you make the course let’s say ridiculously hard
my brothers and I created a game called shotgunet. You can figure it out.
Interesting forecast over at Nutrien this morning. Hang in there, guys. Hopefully it will dry out a bit...
Some golf crooked and I dig ditches with a 9 iron.
So why is your grandma coming out to get the case of water? You should be taking it to her and spoiling her 😃😜
Maybe send the tanks through the Brodie Warsh prior to storage.
Can,t believe 3 of you made such hard work of attaching the mower on the 3 point of that 6420 when it,s fitted with telescopic lower links.. I could have hooked it up on my own in quarter of the time.
Ok
Croquet must be a Minnesota thing the only time I ever played it was with my grandma in Herman.
Popular in Indiana too with the older folks.😊
Just what you need, more water coming today
I live up here in Michigan at Marquette Michigan and we got yesterday we got just about 2 1/2 one time just came down so hard to see what road you guys what about when you get done school right a nice cold Busch light😊
Big Swede pitching tonight for the Cincinnati Reds - check it our! 😂
It's just not cricket, it's croquet! 😄
Only north of Cloquet.
@@steveengelbrecht7271 Oh dear, does this mean the Larsons', who I think are south of Cloquet, are playing it illegally, Don't they know it's verboten!🙈
Stand behind the ball before hitting it
Hoping for good weather for you guys. I think you’re gonna be in a heat wave soon 😊
metal= spray preservative oil and ocean wrap we used to keep rust down in rotating equipment for storage on non painted surfaces.
Chet is goofing again, playing croquet on Larson company time!
Even if there is a rainout, there are chores to be done...
Unless you’re making the payroll don’t worry about it. People like you are what’s wrong with this country.
Chet, you know people pay good money for waterfront property. 😁
wood pecker precision -- perhaps the drip point from the siding slat above, which makes it slightly rotten - just like the bugs like.
Time to look at the drone sprayers
The woodpeckers going in a line like that probably means there’s termites or some kind of bug in those walls. I’d look that over not something to walk past
Just shows what craps in your normal tap water 👍🏻🇬🇧
Eric looks like Keith lemom🤣look it up
Tempting to see you squeegee that yard with that roller.
Know it won’t work. But wish it could.
Magnifique vidéo et les tracteur et les semoirs sont bien équipés 😅😊😮
Spring water is the best you can get. Who would ever think even 10 years we would be buying cases of spring water today.
Rain seeding at its best
Chet, your next Tshirt idea, "Send it if your Dougo"!!
Wow I haven't seen yall take the coats off yet....oh yeah last winter I did. Dang the weather......
You should get hook arms for the lift arms on the small jd. Will make hooking up that bit easier
Hey chet I bet that you have the ac working but I do work on ac systems
Who's the dude with the mustache that chugged the Northern Chill with Brody?
👍
Woodpeckers is searching for carpenter ants.
It’s a safe bet that entire wall is full of bugs. That’s the only reason woodpeckers would do that much work on it.
Hey chet swedish ingenuity making that snowmobile yoke
Represent the HAWKS BABY ANF is real! Keep up the good work! #GOHAWKS
