I just had my phone interview yesterday and had this same recruiter! I was so worried my call was too short but feel better knowing yours was the same😅
AHHH that’s so cool!! Literally, after the phone call I was nervous as to why it was only 13 minutes long and all the videos I saw on CZcams were like 20+ minutes long 😖

I don't remember doing anything after my phone interview except wait to get my acceptance email. But if you want to (maybe) increase your chances, then I guess give them whatever they ask for...?
Whatever you feel would be best. Since you think your interview went well, then you probably have a good chance of getting in :)
@@lilyannepham Sounds good yeah I mean it’s only optional but I guess it won’t hurt. It feels weird to me that they make decisions without even seeing me or my full resume. It’s all just based on a 1, 20 minute call. But thanks again! Fingers crossed
@@lilyannepham Yoo I got accepted this morning! That was really fast for some reason. Idk why I assumed they would already tell me what role I’d be in, but I guess I find that out later on. Did you get one of your top roles? I really tried to emphasize during my phone call that I wanted to work for one of the golf resorts (part of recreation activities) so we’ll see.

I was accepted about 10-15 days later!! On a Thursday. But that was also a year ago so idk if the acceptances being on a Thursday still matters

Ooo you’re a lifeguard?? Do you want a lifeguard role? I’m pretty sure they ask everyone if they can swim and you being a lifeguard already would (hopefully) increase your chances of getting in :)

@@lilyannephamhi im back with updates!.. i had my interview and i planned some note cards but ended up having completely different convos with Brianna (my interviewer) which was almost better! its sunday now but.. I RECEIVED MY ACCEPTANCE ON THURSDAY MORNING! my arrival date is august 5th and im just beyond the moon. i am so excited but also so nervous! i have been doing so much research and i will be traveling by plane so packing is definitely freaking me out but i also have a lot of shopping to do. the itinerary is intimidating but im sure it will be a breeze when the day comes. this video helped me a lot so id like to give you a internet hug for helping me out!💌

I'm so glad my video helped you out ☺I remember having my piece of paper where I had typed out all my answers to questions I wanted to say and I kid you not, my brain could not comprehend what I was looking at on my sheet during the interview so a lot of what I said to her was from memory. I definitely missed details I wanted to touch on with my interviewer. But I got in anyway so I guess it's fiiine. Also, August is still a bit away so you've got time to pack XD

It’s pretty cool I’d say! Living at Disney, working for Disney. It’s just for a short period of time so I don’t see any cons of going :) it’ll be a nice out of my field experience before I’m officially in the hospital work force

@@biancad6498 I was able to choose the dates I wanted with no issue at all! I'm not sure if it's different now though since I chose my dates about a month ago. Hopefully, when it's your turn to choose dates, you don't have any issues either

I have mine tomorrow, can I ask what role you received? Also, when you joined, was there a bunch of new DCP members with you who start the same day?
Hi! I didn’t end up doing the DCP. I decided to go for a job related to my degree instead. For meeting other DCP members, I did join a few Facebook DCP groups. They have groups specifically for your term and you can start talking to people who are arriving the same day as you and even try and find a roommate to pair with for Flamingo Crossings :)
