Spen: Surge is underrated
My surge randoms: Stuck at level 1 the entire match, finally gets super the last 30 seconds of the game, uses it and dies, respawns with level 1 because he's running the trash star power
When I play surge,when we lose the match most of the time I get star player
The pressure he creates on enemy's team is underrated especially when they're together and surge is stage 4

Hank is actually deadly as a late pick on wallsy maps. If they don't have a wall breaker/thrower Hank can carry. He's good on Belle's rock, pinball dreams, triple dribble, super beach, dueling beetles, etc

As a surge main, I would love to see his served ice cold star power to become base. He’s bad without it, and would make him more fun cause when you play him it doesn’t even feel like you have a star power.

The sad thing about Leon is that he is nearly completely useless if you don’t have his HC/lvl 11. He had virtually 0 competitive presence before his HC, and now he’s in a situation where he needs it to do anything. I really hope they rebalance his hypercharge so they can make his base kit impactful.
Obviously a brawler who is balanced around his Super not being active while attacking and has Star Powers that are balanced around the inability to attack during Super will become broken with a Hypercharge that completely removes that restriction. Maybe if they reworked it so his SP effects end after attacking (even with the HC), it’d make the HC more balanced so that he could be deserving of a base kit buff
That defeats the purpose of the hypercharge
@@UltSC No other brawler has a Hypercharge that so blatantly goes against the original kit design. It’d still be good with retained invisibility, the constant Healing or Insane Speed is just what makes Leon’s hypercharge the best
Honestly just give him a range buff or a dmg buff and he will be fine or a hp buff i dont think his kit is bad maybe rework the gadgets but thats it
Yea, Edgar is completely reliant on his hypercharge as well. It makes their gameplay super polarizing where they're not great for most of the game but then become insanely broken once or twice per game. I hope they get reworked

Im surprised you didnt pick spike for the overrated section, now i understand that spike is usually only seen in the lower ranks like mythic and legendry but every other game i hop in those ranks either my opponent picks spike or my teammates pick spike. Modifier doesnt matter, map doesn't matter, gamemode doesnt matter, if they have spike they will pick it and unless its banned which lets be real never happens nothing will stop me from not having to face or play with a spike.
Surge is such a good tank counter and even if they dont have a tank its op

griff's super has a bug, in fact, it does more damage up close, on quickfare it is unbearable, never let the rival team choose griff in heist, brawl ball or any map that gives him enough space to shoot effectively, you will have a terrible time (same with leon)
also, they are simply the maps that benefit surge and rosa, in gameplay i don't really feel any difference in terms of balance changes, surge still feels so fragile, but can easily counter meta brawlers like sandy, buster and such in grassy maps
Absolutely! You can actually one shot an Edgar if he doesn't have shield gear if you super right on top of him.
Is the griff thing a bug? I thought it was just all his projectiles hitting at once
@@LeapyLad normally the projectiles from griff's super do more damage the further they travel before returning, since this update, they now do maximum damage even at close range
i don't know if it's intentional tho, haven't seen many people realize it
