Butterfly Twist Progression - 1 DAY (MY FIRST FLIP!)

My butterfly twist progression back in June 2021. I would not recommend this approach of "just sending it" unless you have access to soft mats. I ended up re-learning the b-twist the way I did here in my short tutorial:
