Also, there's the fact that you don't have to spend countless hours trying to setup the emulators or get the right configurations to stick, so that's a great plus. I'm planning on getting one of these sometime in the near future. Hopefully it is also able to play multiplayer game without having to setup each controller.

Up to you, if you play a lot of emulators and have a good pc do it, it does a lot of the work for you and is still a big hard drive. Personally I’m more of a collector that likes physical games, and I find the interface to be a little clunky, though it’s way better than naviga too big sketchy websites for ROMs

hmmm, you say morally greay area, but the fact of the matter is, some games have EULAs, some games have denuvo and some games have must be always online. For the games that have those things, I think it is completely reasonable not to support bad business practices.
