About Pretty Little Liars:

@@Error-lc1jy when they filmed this they probably were dancing to a different song. It's only later when licences are in place that the actual broadcast music gets put in place. Same with night club scenes in movies although more often than not there is zero music playing so the audio can pick up the dialog.
