just wrap it in gold exhaust tape. haha. keep intercooler temps down, hide welds and protect from debris!

just a tip, in case you don't know, aluminum has a oxide that builds up on the outside of the aluminum. It has a way higher melting point than aluminum itself. so to make things easier to tack, you want to scruff away the oxide before you tack, that way it's easier. Instead of just trying to heat up the aluminum until a puddle starts, so you can tack, at that point, the aluminum gets so hot that it wants to blow through. other than that, keep it up bud!

Did you check those for leaks? Those crater-like thingies that happen when you turn amperage off instantly\too quick - they just love to leak. My friend's making aluminum coolant lines for the radiator in the back of his jzx - and those f##kers just kept leaking. He has no pedal on his TIG tho - so it's kinda hard to make amperage wear off smoothly XD

Power steering lines are actually pretty easy to make yourself. You don't need any special tools, just the right hose and fittings. I'm not trying to advertise on Adel's channel, but I made a video about it or I'm sure there's a bunch out there on the you tube.
