Am I the only one who feels that Quickweaves are better than wigs?
Yes.
I just gives a flatter look imo. I haven’t tried it yet but I know for a fact it’s going to look flatter than wigs bc I can’t braid so my wigs always look bulky.🤦🏾♀️
I do think wigs allow for more protection than quick weaves but I love the convenience of quick weaves

I did my hair just like your middle part quick weave video and when I took it out , the wig cap definitely just slid out under the water !!! No glue residue and No breakage . THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️

How long does it take to blow dry everything to completion?

Laney Laney hey I wear mine back to back but I do let my hair breathe for a day or two in a ponytail and it’s good to use wonder wrap with every install it protects your hair
Lakesha Goodwin hey you should use olive oil heat protection only a lil and then use Kare care wax stick on just your roots get you a good flat iron put it on 400 and do one to two passes and you should be good lol my hair is the same way

@@tiarajanine I’ve been using it and i use it with the air on cool with a blow dryer for like 5 minutes or so doing it in layers allowing it to dry fully you’ll feel it get less tacky so you’ll know when it’s done

I’ve been wanting a sewin for a while now because when I used to get them my hair grew so much and was so healthy from not constantly putting heat, however the take down was treacherous. Love it. I’m scared to try another quick weave though. The last time I got one I had a lot of shedding more than normal (not breakage) when I took it down and washed it only after three weeks.
You shed hair every day. That hair that you shed was going to come out eventually but you wouldn’t notice because it would’ve just shed off into the air. Braids, weaves, wigs worn for a extended time after take down usually have a lot of shedding that’s normal. It’s just pent up normal shedding so it looks like a lot!
I’m confused what did she do with the 2 braids in the back?? I have never done a quick weave but I wanna bob and this looks easy but what do I do with the braids in the back??
Sorry, should’ve shown it more but there’s a short clip of me tucking the braids in the cap once I’m done gluing the tracks.

The last time I did a quick weave . I used the protective gel, the cap , etc... and it took out so much of my hair. I can’t figure out what I did wrong? Too much glue maybe?

Lol ^ Not worth it. All you gotta do is just blow dry and flat iron after a good wash.
Try textured weave so that you don’t have to flat iron your hair bone straight
If you like straighter hair you can use one or two tracks of more textured hair near your leave out. For example yaki textured hair with a couple tracks of kinky straight near the leave out. If the colors match it should blend seamlessly.
