The longest I’ve gone is 3 weeks. It definitely will hold up in the gym BUT you need have to keep your leave out up so you do run the risk of sweating you leaveout out. I also would not recommend washing unless you’re a pro because the hair will come right off if you get the glue/cap wet.
I noticed your tracks were glued all the way to your forehead. I cannot do that with my weave my head is not big enough. No joke I'm serious it would show.
Yes I do! I honestly never use new hair for a quick weave. You can keep reusing until the hair starts looking bad just clean the glue off your tracks and you’ll be good.
