It’s an unfortunate reality of this sport Nathan. When you decide to push your body to its limits it will happen sometimes. Keep working. Figure out your weaknesses / what went wrong so you can come back stronger.

Wow, couldn’t be more perfectly timed. Just got home from attempting to get a track workout at the indoor facility at my alma mater. For the second day in a row, there’s been sport practices on it and I have felt lazy not getting mileage in this week due to a COVID scare, bad weather, and lack of access to facilities. This video was exactly what I needed. Thanks, TME

I kept getting hurt over and over and over and over again. It’s very frustrating. You guys are tough just keep pushing and pulling. Nothing crazy just good work and it will all come together. Keep the head held high.
I watched this when it was tipping it down with rain I had to cycle 10k to training then did a beast session in muddy hills and somewhere in that I did a 5k in 17:48
