    Could you put some baking paper in between the print and the plastic to make it not come off? It's meant for ovens, so could deal with the heat.
    It looks amazing! Great packaging for this product! Would make an awesome gift too!

      I was just coming on here to say the same thing about greaseproof paper!

      I would use the silicone craft mat. It is usually brown and is paper thin. It is found at all craft stores. I think I've seen both Chantal and Danny use them.

    Maybe you could use parchment paper (baking paper) to avoid the ink coming off?

    This is an amazing design! So whimsical and cool! I am doing a Honeydukes goodies bag for a coworker's birthday, and this will be amazing. Thank you so much for such an easy design. I don't have the time to craft as much as I did before ♥

    The foiling machine is by Heidi Swapp - she has a lot of content using it and she might have found a material to protect the tonor when you aren't wanting it to come off. I haven't used mine Minc in several years; i know I just used paper and took the loss but maybe in the last few years she's come up with a solution . She's a really nice and would probably answer your questions . She's very active on Instagram

    Again wonderful DIY, thank you for sharing, love the foil... That green is very nice, just wondering, just bought a roll of foil iron-on ones, would that work as good...

    • @gailorr1088
      @gailorr1088 Před 2 lety

      Anything that requires heat to transfer it would work as well. Doesn't need to be placed on toner.

  • @RedDesertRoz
    @RedDesertRoz Před 2 lety

    Awesome! How did you get the printing to line up exactly front and back of the paper? When I print things, that doesn't work.

  • @11BRelo
    @11BRelo Před 2 lety

    What about a DIY with something to do with Unspeakables? I know there’s not much out the about them but I think it would be pretty cool or maybe a DIY prophecy not sure how that would work but I think it’d be pretty cool as well

  • @rainbowrosechristensen6410

    @Danny aka Wizardly Workshop Yours look better than what they did for it in the recent FB movie in the movie it's in a white an green looking bag that some Slytherin kids gave it too Jacob so I like yours wwaaaaayyy better

  • @crissygeorge6854

    Wow!!! I'm so impressed! This is such a beautiful design! 👏👏👏
    Any chance you'll consider adding a green option to print for the backside for those of us that don't have the option to do foil?

    • @gailorr1088
      @gailorr1088 Před 2 lety

      Simply open a blank Word or whatever document, place a box on the page as large as you need it to be and fill with green. Print that on the back of your box printable, then cut out.

    Hey Danny! Would parchment paper work on the non-foil side to keep the toner from sticking when going through the foil machine?

    • @DLFH
      @DLFH Před 2 lety +1

      That was my thought I've used parchment paper for other nonstick applications due to it's heat and use tolerance.

  • @mariannaripple1229
    @mariannaripple1229 Před 2 lety

    Use parchment paper with release (silicon) as release paper…

  • @kateharder4328
    @kateharder4328 Před 2 lety

    I’m curious - since you have a Cricut why do you use the Minc foil machine instead of the Cricut with the foil transfer tool?

    • @wizardryworkshop
      @wizardryworkshop  Před 2 lety

      Because the cricut can only do simple line art foiling. It can't foil large areas, only outlines.

  • @deyoungkyle
    @deyoungkyle Před 2 lety +1

    Please do a Cricut tutorial! I don't like the Print then Cut feature (it never works).

    • @kateharder4328
