I can't even tell you how much I love you right now!!!! I am making chocolate frogs for my sons birthday but I am not a fan of the full chocolate frogs and have been wanting to know the best way to add rice krispies... I googled it a lot of ways and found nothing.... I searched chocolate molds nerdie nummies and exactly what I wanted came up!!!! Yay!!!! And bonus from one of my favorite you tubers!!!!

A couple of tips for people who want to make this recipe, or do any work making chocolate- Candy Melts are terrible, though they are readily available in many colors and even flavors, its worth it to get high quality chocolate from places like Wilbur. Wilbur buds are like Hershey Kisses, but better tasting and better for this kind of work. You also don't need to use a knife to even out your chocolate, tap the tray on the table, it gets out most air bubbles, and evens out the chocolate, and especially, never ever mix water with melted chocolate, it ruins it. Also, mix often, or it will burn.

Uhm... she isn't, concerning this. A pro wouldn't use the bag to make sure every corner is covered. You tap the form carefully against the table to make it sit. And you don't use a small knife and level it out like that. You take a big knife and draw it from one side of the form to the other so it's completely leveled out. So no, in this video this it not pro work.
