before watching this game of volleyball i watched the varsity one of the tritons and this match was better in my opinion 🤷🏽♀️

The first set was 24-25 aren’t you suppose to get 1 more point to win
In high school games you have to win by 2 points. This is a junior high game and they only have to win by 1 point. I believe they do that so games don’t last as long. For junior high it’s more about developing your skill and building stamina than winning.

yeah coach koko is good, try practicing setting, bumping, and light spiking to the wall and passing and setting the ball to yourself. Also, I was new to serving overhand and couldn’t get it over the net so if you need help watch coach kokos videos on over hand serving they really help. Tips that help me with overhand serving are:
•watch the ball and not where you want it to go
•take a small or big step forward when serving, it will help get the ball over the net
•hit it when it’s up in the air and not infront of you so it goes higher
•have your fingers together and shoot at the ball like your mad at it, do your swing fast so by the time you reach the ball, it’s not already down and the ball goes straight down when you hit it or lower.
by bumping you mean passing right?

The level at which they play is really low, they don't hit and their reception doesn't have much direction, they make mistakes in very basic things, I hope they improve.

So I play volleyball and would like to know the drills you use if it’s okay with you I’m in the ninth grade and think your team is wonderful also how are they all so tall I’m one of the tallest people on my team and I’m only 5’5

Wait I have a question, how do they rotate? Does everyone get playing time? It seemed like those few girls were always on and not any of the others
in volleyball there are sets to the game, there are normally 3 or 5 sets in a volleyball game. if a player doesn’t make it over the net while serving, the other team rotated then they serve, this go on and in until the next set when the coaches pick the next players for the next set. hope this helped but all of the players get playing time!

I am in 8th grade this year as well and I have been playing volleyball since 4ty grade and I want to play volegball as a freshman but I have to be good enough to make the team and my team is in first place in our diocese against other catholic schools

Are you not allowed to jump or spike or block a ball in middle school?
you’re allowed, but most of them just aren’t tall enough to spike or block yet
