I have heart problems, Supraventricular tachycardia it's called. I also love to run. I have a 10K road race yesterday, and my heart problems were triggered...but I kept going, inspired by Drew and Sam at the end of this video talking about how their 5000 was painful from the gun.
So I said I would struggle with my heart problems for 5K, and will pull out then if it doesn't subside. Thankfully, the problems stopped at about the 5K mark and I was able to finish the race safely and in an okay time given the circumstances.
Just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me.
