    Yes, what you said is correct. I saw your video for very first time, I cut some unwanted weight from 82 to 66
    Everything takes time. In 2018 I can't climb 2floors, but now I can run for 8km with out stopping and can spend 2 hours without weekness.
    Tracking weight is good but it's a number untill it trouble you. Track your boby and ability of strength every day.

    True. I used to skip breakfast just like intermittent and go for a run at least 3km daily. I lost 0.5kg weekly. overall I lost 10kgs. The thing is now I want to build muscles I am trying very hard but I am unable to eat more (To balance protein), I lost my appetite and can't give up running which is a curse for strength training.
