I am so glad you posted this. We have such a problem with ours. The problem we keep having is it will tell us we are needing coins but we have coins in there. Any ideas?
It shouldn’t if you told it that it was balanced. The screen where you transfer bills into the machine there is also a tab for coins. Press that and then press remove all coins then press refill all coins. You could skip the first step but usually if you do it’s off by a cent or so. Sorry for the late response.
Yes, only if you’re confident that you won’t be blamed for someone else screwing up, lol. Honestly if everyone can get pretty good at the ACO. Then you could probably get away with doing the long way maybe once a week instead of every day. But you know how it can be, most shifts at my store get recycled rather often so 🤷🏻♂️.

I’ve only recently learned 2 new tricks, 1 there is a secret change compartment under all the other change & 2 if you press the refill coin option & it doesn’t even out like it’s supposed to then press remove all coins and do it again, fixes it every time.
Remove the screws at the elbow hinge on the bracket attached to the ( top ) sliding scanner....Remove the plastic cable mounts and push them cables out of the way....You can then squeeze that BNR head thru the top. You'll be fully trained to deliver babies after that.
You shouldn’t have any reason to take those out. If you think there’s still dollars still left in the machine then you should put the top 2 back in, make sure you’ve opened both btw because if you don’t that can cause technical errors also. But once you put them in press transfer all bills & if there are any bills left over you should get them the second time around. Putting bills in one by one can also get around this issue arising constantly.

My ACO keep rejecting notes that were fed in the acceptor. How to fix that?
I mean honestly the only time I usually experience that is if they are too wrinkly or not perfect enough.

There isn’t a coin jammed inside the coin containers, is there? I know one store I went to had a quarter jammed inside the nickel container.

Just open both of them take and cash found and don’t put the money back in. Put the bills in one by one like shown later in the video.

Putting them in one by one should fix that. I wish there was an easier fix but that’s been my typical fix for a lot of the aco’s weird issues.
Cvs can shove their acos. Those things are horrible and obnoxious.
