- In this new video I am going to build a guitar made with guitar picks or plectrums and epoxy resin, the result as you can see is very striking.

Why ? Why not on this channel? Is this channel not your official channel sir?
Dude, you need to re-think your management on how to use the glue. You are WASTING waaaaaaay to much of it. Other than that interesting Video.
Grandísimo trabajo!!!👏👏👏👏
can you imagine how easy it would be to lose this guitar
Not sure what you mean by lose it but I can definitely imagine how easy this guitar could grow legs and walk away, if you know what I mean. Got to watch your guitars. My brother loved his guitars. He had one, in particular, stolen from him, he went to every pawn shop and found it and before they even identified the guy my brother was describing someone he knew who he suspected of stealing it. And walked out with his guitar.
@@selfesteem3447 oh gosh that’s too bad he had his stolen 😰 but i just wanted to say that the joke of “how easy it would be to lose this guitar” is that it’s made of guitar picks, and they get lost all the time, and fall into the guitar and can be really hard to get it out. At least that’s what I thought at first reading the comment. But you do definitely make a point that this guitar is so cool it could easily be stolen!
Have you any idea how much one of these things weigh?
It would turn up in the clothes dryer eventually.
LOOOOOL
You know someone is really, really good at something when they make something extremely difficult look so simple- as though anyone can do it. Great video.
I made a electric guitar at Wood shop in School when I was about 14, I still have it to this day 20 years later.
He wound his own pickup, that's on a level I haven't seen
He should've overlapped the picks like fish/snake scales.
@@marksmann1850 u do that
It’s actually not as hard as it looks, acoustic guitars are a whole different story. As far as electric goes I could go to my garage and make one right now if I wanted to
Mad respect for building the neck from scratch
Thank ypu
No doubt he's the only 1 in the world building them from scratch 😂😂😂
Man i felt pain when i think about even changing camera angles for each process. I watched many different types of creating process videos on youtube. But this was one of the most detailed and explanatory ones. Not only great creativity talent but also very clean recording. Thank you so much for this awesome video
Thank you so much my friend

It never ceases to amaze me how much work goes into designing and building something that is seemingly simple. There are so many shortcuts I'd try to invent if I were making guittars like this all the time.
Just saying, if you invent a device that would help with the tedious parts of building a guitar, you'd hit bank.
Imagine how cool it would be to travel to every rock concert you could for a few years to get that many picks signed then making one of these
that would make it a very priceless guitar!
YEAH, ...Just think...It would only take about 13 years !.....of course you'd only get the ones you can see signed cutting it to about 2 .
pointless
Nobody is signing picks.
@@SHREDTILLDEAD how? Literally almost every rock band does it. You just can't see it lol
That is an absolutely beautiful work of art! And it sounds awesome! Well done doesn't seem to be enough!
Thank you
so this is where all the picks i lost went
You should change the title to "Electric guitar made with immense passion, skill, craftsmanship, dedication and love." Brilliantly done.
Thank you Sir
I couldn't have said it better, also it is beautiful and the sound is awesome.
EXELENTE, ahora se va perder la guitarra :(
Jajajaja, si, en algun pantalon el la lavadora
😂😂😂 te la rifaste!!
Sjajaj buena esa
Jajajaja
Pensei a mesma coisa kkkk.
What a magnificent work of art. Can't even begin to imagine the hours it took to create this incredible guitar from guitar picks and resin and all the work you put in creating the neck and headstock completely from scratch. The quality and workmanship are second to none. I can see you have an incredible talent for creating such wonderfully unique guitars. Well done! Thankyou for sharing.
Thank you so much for such a nice comment Sir
❤🎸❤YOUR GUITAR IS AMAZING,
BEAUTIFUL.
THE DESIGN IS REALLY FUN, BUT THE CONCEPT FROM IMAGINATION TO REALITY IS SPECTACULAR IN YOUR END RESULT.
I LOVE IT. THE SOUND IS AWESOME.❤🎸❤
Thank you so much
Just imagine how awesome it feels when playing a handmade guitar that you made by yourself.😱aww man....
I'm giving away this guitar
czcams.com/video/JSMWnjpbT8w/video.html
It's really easy to participate
@@NoeHervas o:
yes it is a great feeling, i have made many guitars and the great thing about making your own guitar is you can personalize to your liking for example,
do you like the feel of a les paul but love the sound of a telecaster? if you make your own guitar you can do that.
Thats so cool,I love this. But just imagine one second how bad you would feel if you lose the pick and you can't find it when playing this guitar 🤣🤣. Awesome job anyways 👏👏
This guitar is **gorgeous**! The time and skill that went into it is beyond impressive and it looks and sounds just amazing. Well done sir, you're art is next level!
Thank you
Just discovered these vids of making a guitar out of "odd" materials (e.g., glass, legos). Pretty fascinating to watch them nearly (or in this one, totally) craft guitars from scratch. But what has caught my attention is that the background music sounds SO totally 80s. Don't know if they just happened to be in my age range or maybe 80s music is getting its comeback?
I was born in late 70s so lived the whole 80s decade
So this is where all the picks go that are lost
There are makers and then there are craftsmen that use every tool available to its fullest to create the ultimate version of there desired weapons'.
This was a real treat to see. Thank you so much for sharing it.
Thank you
The Only way someone has the patience to build a masterpiece like this is if they are in love with their craft!! Great work man!
Nice
Masterpiece?!? It's a waste of resources, plain and simple. There is nothing masterful about waste.
@@DemnRaig80 How was it wasted? It was transformed into an instrument?
@@DemnRaig80 I don’t think you know what resources are 😂
@@DemnRaig80 It's ART. There is no such thing as waste of resources in art, this craftsman took pieces of things and created a masterpiece!
Always good to see a craftsman at work
Thank you Sir
This video represents the culmination of literally hundreds of hours of training, trial, and error. Noe, you are the epitome of what a true craftsman should be. Much deep respect from a new subscriber!
You left me literally speechless, thank you so much for such a nice comment my friend
I was surprised a couple of times: first - the idea, then - handmade neck (I really expected the readymade one will be taken), but when he started to do pickups ...... No, words ...No doubt: Great job. All the best to you.
I was a bit disappointed that he didn't make his own pots! :-)
@@davidbrigden4194 Thought exactly the same.
You could punch the middle out of a bunch of the picks, glue and stack them with whole picks at the top and bottom, and use them to make a chambered body that would refract light pretty cool depending on what type of transparent/luscent picks you used. You could also use the chambers to stash and diffuse LEDs or other lights.
That's a really cool idea, thank you
Will Be alittle strange when ask eachother this Picks. 'Hey bro do you have Picks?
wow their ya go, you've found your calling...
Will lasted a thousand yrs, for your Generations, keep safe and well, will be priceless in the future. Very Good job! 💝👍👍👍🥰🤩
Well...there's 30min I'll never WANT back!
Watching you work is like watching craftsman bringing a masterpiece coming to life.
I can honestly say I've never seen a guitar builder wind his own pickups. Very impressive.
Thank you
Te quedó muy linda la guitarra. Un trabajo súper genial.

WOWWW mind blowing guitar and original.
Pero que acaso eso no es un Bajo ...ese noes una guitarra es un bajo
@@walterthreeie4521 El bajo tiene cuatro cuerdas.
Absolutely true master craftsmanship!!!!

Ahora sé a dónde llegan los picks que se me caen y se pierden 🤣
Excelente vídeo 👍
Gracias
now I appreciate the insane cost attached to a handmade guitar, FANTASTIC FOOTAGE THANKYOU.
с такой-то гитарой медиатор точно не потеряется👍

*TU si eres un Verdadero '''GUITAR HERO'''*
Gracias!!
Noboody has asked or tried to guess how many picks were used ... so my guess is 3,278.... It's a beautiful piece of art and craftsmanship , great job
Thank you so much
If I remember correctly it was 4,500
The resin body full of picks is really cool, but the most impressive thing, to me, is that you make the neck and fretboard yourself, and make your own pickups. That's true craftsmanship!
Thank you Sir
@@NoeHervas that's a guitar Eddie Van Halen would have been proud of 😎✌️🤘🤘
People who spent their lives dedicated to learn the art of Removing picks from inside acoustic guitars watching this:
Argggggghhgggggghhhh
The struggle is real!!!
@@peezdoc it is my friend
It is an art and done properly can be achieved in a single hop. Lol
Absolutely stunning...worth all the work and time it took! Looks and sounds great....you should be proud of the great job you did!
Thank you so much
I know no one will see this, but I'm going to comment anyway. When it started, I thought, "Oh great, another silly resin guitar build...". It was when he got into the neck construction that I realized I was watching something different. I've built both an acoustic and an electric, but from kits. I am painfully aware of the talent it takes to do even that and produce a quality instrument...but to carve your own neck, do all the inlays, all the fret work, wind your own pick, properly polish and protect the finish... I an humbled by you, sir. Congratulations on an epic video and a really nice guitar...
This whole process was incredibly amazing to watch! Thank you for sharing with us!
true
another gorgeous instrument, i am still so speechless at how beautiful theses guitars are that you make so carefully and lovingly. No detail over looked or passed over. Truly a beautiful pick guitar.
dude....lovingly?
not like he kissed every part ;)
One of the most amazing builds and gorgeous guitars I've ever seen! I was mesmerized through the whole video! Fantastic work! 👍👍👍👍
ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW. MY LATE HUSBAND WOULD HAVE LOVED ONE.

I just admire your skill and literacy! I would have dreamed of having such a great guitar! Bravo, master!
The neck build and craftsmanship was way more impressive than the body!
Damn. Now I know how a handcrafted electric guitar is made. No wonder they're very expensive, so much time, effort and raw materials go into them. Each one is made with precision and experience. Each one is unique.
Thanks
Superior craftsmanship! Imagine picking up this guitar to jam, and not being able to find a pick near by.
My first thought 😂
What an amazing talent you even wound your own pickups this man does it all good job Bravo it looks great
Sad thing is that like every guitarist, the day will come when you can't find a pick as a couple thousand stare back at you.
I have repaired a few guitars in my time but never have I seen such a beautiful gift and classy guitar. You are an artist...thank you for the inspirational video.

Yes !!! I have made several comments on how cool it would look to have a epoxy resin guitar made with guitar picks to several guitar makers that do the same craft and you are the first one to do it, that sir come out "outstanding" great job for sure 👍🎸🏆.

So have I! I'm so glad to finally see it done

That’s a labor of love right there! Beautiful job!!!
one of a kind, worth a fortune. most would gladly pay for it.
That’s a work of art. Well done.
A lot of guitar picks gave their lives for this project but it was so worth it.
Those are just the picks that come with every guitar accessory you buy.
Someone else already said this, but I think the idea of LEDs stashed inside a translucent/transparent guitar body made of resin would allow so much insane potential. You could make a "Galaxy Guitar" and swirl all kinds of purple, blue, and pink through the epoxy for the "nebulae", leave a black sheet at the bottom (back) of the guitar and then embed glitter and some white LEDs as the "stars"... That would be sick.
You may or may not be aware of the Rickenbacker "Light Show" guitar. Of course, LEDs were not a thing in the 1970s, when that guitar was made. Quite the collector's item, that model is, as they didn't sell very well when they were made (I seem to recall the price tag as being one of the issues). But one feature of the Light Show was that different lights would respond to different frequencies.
But I seriously like your idea, too, in that it probably wouldn't be *that* difficult to make it as how you would have it, especially with the swirls. I would also put the lights in the back of the guitar, and cover the LEDs with a plate, in case maintenance is required. But I would also have them flash when playing, with some of the LEDs constant for the "cool" effect, when sitting on the stand. Battery-powered LEDs, just to keep the guitar on the safer side, as opposed to running 120V to the lights!
That would be really dope! I'd love to see that!
incredible talent sir..To combine that skill with the art put into this project has to be satisfying even for those who get the chance to own it and of course play it..The attention he paid to every detail into this guitar shows quality workmanship
Thank you
I don't think I could afford that guitar even if I wanted to, that's an amazing set up, the way you built it and how you made a double humbucker pick up that's just so cool dude, I love guitar and this is by far the coolest guitar
its def worth around 400-750, if he used like lets say 500 picks that's 150 dollars for picks alone if they are 3 dolars a 10 pack, so its def worth quite a bit
Absolutely incredible! The end product looks and sounds amazing, and the process was very impressive.
not bad sustain for this construction ! congratulations to master!!!
Thank you

Probably the only thing its going to be used for. With repeated use, the epoxy would begin to chip and crack. Can't see anyone spending that much time building a guitar only to have such a beautiful work of art begin to slowly fall apt with use.
Linda guitarra !! Seu trabalho ficou ótimo e muito original, parabéns
...and he makes his own pickups. Unreal!
You are a great artist and visionary Sir. Thank You for this video.
Imagine building your own guitar like this or inventing and building your own stringed instrument. Amazing.
Uma verdadeira obra de arte essa guitarra!!!
Respect for the patience to stack all of those picks. I would've just chucked all of them in the epoxy mix and then dunked the whole thing in the mould after the vacuum, and perhaps sprinkle some shiny ones on top.
I was directed to this video from watching a bunch of make-stuff-out-of-epoxy videos, and I was expecting more of that, not full on professional lutherie. This is amazing.
I have never heard of these types of wood before, but they sure are beautiful 😍! The finished guitar is a true work of art!
