Love you guys!
Never knew how important RCA cables were, I’ve always used KNU KONCEPTZ wire kits they have always seemed to be good cables and wires for what I have.. thanks for the video.
I have tried different rcas from brand names but right now whats working good for me, believe it or not, are Fospower 24k gold plated rca. They're tinned copper core and shielded. And the mids and highs are so clear with these. The bass is carried by elite audio rca and they work great as well.
Single ended RCA’s need to be used with amps with single end inputs.
Twisted RCA’s need to be used with amps with differential inputs.
If you mix them up, they don’t work as well or can be noisy. They work differently.
Got me the ds18 marine ofc rca for mine . A quality set made a big difference to me.
Had low end installer rcas. Had annoying alternator whine coming through speakers. Swapped them out for Elite Audio triple shielded twisted rcas. Alternator interference GONE. Music sound cleaner too.
Keep up the good work you doing for us
thanks!
The skin effect isn't something to worry about until you get to about the 100,000 Hertz range for audio frequencies we are more worried about the actual core saturation of the material the lower the frequency the more saturation the material will see.
RCA Red and white I've never used any other
Subbed!
thanks!
Been lookin at RCAs. I switched from a Radio Shack Y-connector to an AudioQuest version. BIG difference in the signal.
I see you’ve been taking Flintstone vitamins. I can’t keep up!💪
B12 baby!
Stinger 8000 are nice, but any twisted pair like KnuKonceptz are gopd enough that A/B testing between them you would never see a difference on a scope. Ive tried
That’s what I was thinking cause I need a good rca cause each of my 6.5 are 200$ each so I was looking for the best for a 4 channel
So on the cheap skyhigh Patch cables are dam good but I also use stinger 9000 series are above and beyond I recommend these two brands!
Loving the content 👌
I only use occ copper rca cables
I don't know if it's just me, but the technology of pro audio has advanced by leaps and bound. Why is it the concept of pro dj connectors be incorporated in car audio to eliminate noise. I'm talking about balanced outputs and inputs on amps and balanced connectors, example. Xlr or TRS Jack' connections. why something similar can't be reduced to fit car audio. This will completely eliminate noise don't matter the lenght of the run. Why hasn't anyone thought of this? Would it work I'm sure someone can invest and invent something new to get rid of this issue once and for all.
some are, on some amps
RCA cables go back to the 80’s I’m surprised amps haven’t gone to a better technology like hdmi. But I guess if it’s not broken don’t fix it
Well I can't argue with that. It may eliminate profits gained in additional equipment purchases. It was just a budget minded thought.
@@BrianWaller-qe7gr man the rabbit hole of "standards" is a very very deep one.
Plenty of amps have balanced inputs (I've got a ARC 2300SE with them, even headunits out there with balanced outputs like Eclipse. It's not that uncommon. But it is not necessary, that's why it isn't super common. Pro audio have 100ft runs over 100ft runs over 100ft runs of 100 channels of insane spaghetti. Plus the voltage doubling of differential input outputs helps the high impedance of those long runs
Roll my own.
how bout it driver its a little hard to hear on the blue parrot in the large car...put up the mic a little bit if you can...other than that, love the content my whole builds based on your input.
its my oldest rand mcnally clear drive headset, i hate how blue parrots sound. lol
i listen while im driving on my blue parrot...its old might need a new one
@@robizzo1436 yea get one of the black cleardrive headsets, WAY better sound, and the mic sounds awesome. well Im recording this video using the mic, so yea.
BEST?
Can you prove or put ANY measured claims behind!?
Yes, yes, copper, aluminum, frequency, skin effect, BUT!
Show me measurements at the human level hearing!
Very few people can actually hear the details I’m talking about!
Want perfection? Use 100% differential signals, from the feed to the speakers!
lol, can you prove "Very few people can actually hear the details I’m talking about!"?
Amazon rca's
Hi man how are you?
Wich one is better rca for sq system?
focal elite er5
Stinger 8k
JL xb bluaic2
as long as they are shielded use what ever you like the looks of. just understand, almost all Shielded RCA's are going to "sound" the same, so mainly youre shopping for the durability and appearance.
