We had the honour to sit down with one of our regular clients who comes to Titan Fitness Camp in Phuket Thailand each year. Toffael talks about how it is living at camp, how it's to be on a training camp and how his first visit to Titan Fitness Camp set him on a new path. He has remained healthy and fit thanks to the things about fitness he picked up from being at camp.
This video was recorded prior to the Covid19 pandemic, we have been affected by the pandemic and we had to close for a few months, but since June we been slowly opening up in phases again and we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and hope to reopen in full within the next few months.

I was interviewed in a youtube client testimonial (vdo below) for Titan Fitness Camp in Phuket Thailand, which I've visited 3 times in the past 3 years.
I think it’s one of the very best holiday experiences: plenty of daily outdoor fitness classes with world class coaches, lots of fun like minded people, Phuket’s beaches and entertainments very close by and amazing nutritious Thai food for every meal. It is bliss.
Am sure lockdown has ruined a lot of people’s fitness and well being, so I’d recommend visiting Titan for a recharge holiday as soon as covid19 visa restrictions are lifted and you are allowed into Thailand."
