I don’t understand your picture showing 2 guys close to the marker why are they claim jumping? They aren’t near the post? Can’t you use all the land? Or is there a certain distance from the post on either side?
A typical Placer claim is 660x1320. Let's say both men own the claim on the left. The man on the left is to far from his marker, for fear of being to close to the other claim. The man on the right is infringing on the neighbors claim. Can be prosecuted for stealing precious metals from a Federal mining claim.
