I can just tell what a great teacher you are, genuinely. Im in a school where my teachers arent too great at explaining things, but watching this after school just before my finals really cleared up every doubt I had, which I had just been pulling my hair out about for the past 2 hours scrambling to figure out what the hell this means. So thank you from a student across the world :)
If u practically say then u have to check it by using indicators but if u want to know it for exams then u have to learn it but I can give u an easy trick through which u can know that whether that object is acidic or not that is the acidic are sour taste in nature and they convert blue lights paper into red they r highly reactive corrosive in nature
Great question! We define bases by how many H+ ions they can *accept*... so a monoprotic base can accept ONE hydrogen ion, a diprotic base can accept TWO hydrogen ions, etc. Acids donate H+ ions, bases accept those H+ ions. Hope that helps!!

Thank you, but I am still not sure about why there are some hydrogens which are not acidic hydrogen and how to know which hydrogens are acidic one?
