72 Volt 50ah Range Test Explained by Powerful Lithium

- What is up guys and gals... So I was told the 72volt 50ah battery would get me a 120 mile range so you KNOW I had to go out there and try to prove it to myself... But most importantly I want to know my limits and ride more frequently and freely... Unfortunately I started that range test without my key fob... The key fob disarms the security system on the ONYX RCR and is crucial to this test... With that being said I wanted to meet up with “Vee” from Powerful Lithium so that he could determine if my results were good and explain how far I could've gone had I finished the range test...
So come and take a ride with me as I get some answers and also learn about what Powerful Lithium is working on for you guys...

I ve been getting into these ebikes lately. Haven’t bought one yet. So much to learn, so really appreciate the content. Either super 73 w 72v or Surron 72v or onyx w upgraded battery.
Great Choices… I’m excited for you… Learn as much as you can before biting the bullet but once you do you’ll quickly realize how great the purchase was… the ebike was originally my cure for boredom but quickly led to a wonderfully enriched community…. So welcome to it my friend…

I have a huge question. If i am lookin at a 5000w 72v 50ah electric motorcycle bike would i need insurance and a license, and what does it require to charge cause i havent been able to find any answers except for batteries at 3k watts. I was thinking maybe all it would take is a sinple plug into a wall but that might not be the case now

If you can do a vid on it please. I'm thinking of buying one of these packs to try it out. Im disabled and on SSDI but want to get a ebike soon to replace my truck. But I can not afford there batteries. As soon as I buy a bike prob a super 73 clone and make it 72v or 60v. But I'm poor. So I want to start a YT channel to show people how to do it on the CHEAP. Am actually working on making my 48v Ariel Rider X-Class into a 72v with them I Molly cells and a 42a controller right now am buying the parts here and there

you'll need a 80amp controller,40 amp controller you won't get 50 mph speed.
Mr E. Do me a favor if u can do a vid with powerful lithium and ask them why don't he use pouch cells I see I can buy 20 of the 3.7v x 40ah and large discharge amps and they sell 20 for under 500$. And pack would be small because a 72v 40ah pack would only need 20 cells so it 20s and no P. Only 20cells. And can get larger ah cells to but a 72v 40ah pack would only be like 11"x 6.5x5.5.
Probably because pouchs are more delicate and prone to swelling 😅kaboom. Risky on a 2wheeler

Having a screwy charging issue with my new Kepler. Only on it's fourth charge. The first charge read 100% when I put the battery back in the bike after charging. The next two times it only registered 86% charged when I put it back in the bike after charging. Then the last charge read 100% last night after placing it back into the bike after charging. All four charges showed green light on charger when done. Sound like a charger issue to you? Battery? Controller? Display? Thanks man, waiting for a response from AR.
