I think it’s too broad a blanket statement to say that locals from smaller cities don’t like foreigners; i would say that not all foreigners are treated here the same though. I’ve known black people and South Asians experience some prejudice but it’s 99% of the time it’s from thick as pig shit gopniks.

Olga, are you sure that cot. stands for hectare? 1 hectare is 10000 sqm, bigger than a football field. So if you buy 13 hectare you could build a runway of the same size at big airports...

That have totally nothing to do with a village, it is a small town.
A village is a area with around 5 to 10 House's and no shopping possibilities.
5-10 homes would still be a Hamlet… A Village is typically a few hundred to a few thousand people… it has features like a church or central square, and it can of course grow into a small Town…. This looks like a Town that grew out of a Village and is transitional.
I'm surprised that Kiev has not annexed the villages around it. I don't think you guys should sell any of your land to any corporation or big businesses because they will ruin it for the local people. Have you guys had problems with shortages of anything there?
Actually it did, but about 20-30 years back. ALl left bank of Kyiv was a village before and now it is hard to imagine even. But modern systems do not make it easy to annex anything. Every village, every city has it's own community and they are the ones who needs to vote to be related to a city or not. Most of them do not want.
Apartment area of 89 m 2 price 38000 $ ! I think this price is not attractive.
In my 3rd world country there are 60mts2 apartments for over 50000 USD, that's not better
in Kyiv you would pay at least 100 000 USD. So I guess it is very attractive is someone need space but do not have big budget.

“Unexpected” is the word you want, although “unexpectable” is an interesting new word! Also, “village” and “villa” are pronounced with a V, not a W, the same as B in Ukrainian, so think, Billage. Personally I prefer a village that is small and where you can have chickens and a garden! In the US we would call what you are showing us a suburb.
Well English is not her first language and unexpectable is actually a word, google it. Personally I would love to live in a willage. 🤗

People here have chickens and gardens, but the one who is building modern houses for sure do now have chickens or do not grown up potatoes.
