    Hello! Great video! I just got a Cricut and have been making keychains. I’m not a fan of resin, but like the clear, glossy look. Does the glossy mod podge leave the keychain with the same clear look? Or is it streaky?

      Thanks Marley, I appreciate you popping by and sharing your comment. I am also not a big fan of resin but I believe the mod podge will leave streaks. I saw someone doing a video and recommended Polycrylic as an option to seal vinyl work. It came out lovely and I said I would try but haven't purchased as yet.

    Hi what did you seal with on the back of glitter and mod podge so glitter isn't rough thanks

      Hey Bec, I used two coats if mod podge to seal the back and that did the job perfectly.

    Does the front side need a coat of mod podge too?

      Hey Alijah, thanks for popping by. No mod podge need on the side with the vinyl.

    Hello how are you this is a great video! thank you so much for taking the time out to make this and to show us your beautiful work I had a question you said the mod podge takes 4 weeks to cure? why? and does the finish product leave you glitter on you like does it fall off eventually?

    • @craftbasicsjs
      @craftbasicsjs  Před 2 lety

      Hi, thanks for watching my videos and sharing this awesome comment. The mod podge will dry to the touch but the curing process which give the product a longer live span takes 4 weeks to fully dry. Once you coat it with Mod podge the glitter won't one off on your hands or when you wash it.

      Hi Trisha, the keychains were purchased on Amazon. You can search acrylic keychains and you'll find loads of options to choose from. Hope this was helpful.
