30:00 yeah its more expensive but games tend to be cheaper over time with steam.
That still isnât gonna convince me to buy a Steam Deck, Iâm riding with Nintendo, I donât need another console unless Nintendo releases the Switch 2 soon, cos Iâm happy with my Switch OLED, this guy was clearly flexing and came across as dissing the Switch. Yes the Steam Deck is more powerful and can do more than the Switch but I bought the Switch for games made exclusively for it, this guy is not secure in what he has, I accept the shortcomings of the Switch, Iâm not a PC gamer and never will be, PC games and Steam doesnât appeal to me.Nintendo does.

As an owner of the steam deck, I can confirm it's not a switch killer.
If valve want to compete with Nintendo they're going to have to put their steam deck in store shelves and everywhere, with the switch selling a bunch of units from store shelves highly doubt the steam deck will catch up.
Lastly valve themselves are not completely interested in competing with Nintendo whatsoever considering the fact they port the portal games to the switch and Nintendo allowed their controllers to be used in their software.

It took a bit but, I finally caught up. You could say the Steam Deck is just a more powerful Switch with it being a portable computer & emulation device with an even higher price.
I honestly think the live-action Zelda might flop because the fans would want it to follow a specific game properly & you know Hollywood might insert the usual stuff inside it unless Nintendo keeps an iron firm grip on that stuff.
Now to focus on recovering from a sore throat, some chai would get rid of the burning feeling with some gross cherry spray for the sore throat... you know what, I should just get to bed its late with my time zone, lol.

I was been with the President of Nintendo of America Doug Bowser
They are very similar on the emulation where anything before switch is fine because you're not actually stealing from anyone vs stealing these brand new switch games feels icky. You could get a day 1 switch of course and make your own roms but even then experience on the deck and switch are basically the same you won't be able to push higher resolution or frame rates and you get minor to major problems like texture glitches, lags and crashes depending on the game on emulating and no online to play mario kart, splatoon, smash etc vs on switch so I don't really see the benefit outside of pirating games if you already own a switch. Steam deck is of course amazing with for its other features though above the switch.

I don't really want gimmicks for the switch 2 just give us nearly Xbox series s performance with good battery life.
Donât be dumb, the gimmicks are what sets Nintendoâs systems apart and go buy an Xbox if you want that level of power because Nintendoâs not gonna be competing with Xbox, it will be powerful so accept that or go and join the Xbots.

No , I prefer the hybrid and balanced nature of the Nintendo Switch than the bulky PC handheld expensive device like the Steam Deck. Yeah , Nintendo Switch feels almost like a cheap toy tablet compared to the Steam Deck when it comes to build quality, resolution and hardware but I dont care because Nintendo isnt really about the hardware, it is more about the gimmicks and the game library
I just got my steamdeck oled, and im highly enjoying it. I am a Nintendo boy BUT its nice to have a portable that plays a little more. Plus more frames

Iâm a Nintendo fan and have happy with my Nintendo Switch, I donât need the Steam Deck as nice is, I donât want to pay yet another company money for a subscription or create another account for that company, Iâve never been a PC gamer, as itâs never appealed to me and outside of Nintendo, gaming sucks, I canât get into anything else outside Nintendo games. The magic of playing Nintendo games is with using its original hardware, people can accuse me of being a Nintendo fanboy and theyâd be right and I donât care, this guy lost credibility in bashing the Switch now he has his new shiny new Steam Deck OLED, in fact the Switch is the first time wheee I feel I donât need anything else, Iâm happy with my Switch, I wonât be buying anything else unless itâs the Switch 2.
He said in the video he doesn't use it for the switch games and that it offers the same experience as a regular switch in performance at best case just with no online functionality which makes it worse. Steam deck is more for people who already have an existing decently sized steam library from being a pc gamer it can also play previous consoles games well outside of the ps3, 360 and switch which it struggles with. If you're always been with console and have no pc library it probably won't appeal to you and that's ok plus I imagine the switch 2 will have very similar specs to a steam deck anyways so holding off is probably a wise idea.

Iâm not buying a Steam Deck which will always be a niche system and will NEVER have the magic of Nintendo games, Iâm team Nintendo all the way, Iâll never be a PC gamer, why should I care about the Steam Deck? I donât. You canât compare the Steam Deck and Switch. Nintendo better not see your channel, (I hope they do to be honest) you have emulated Nintendo games, so you are still illegally emulating Nintendo games. You are just a follower, Iâm not getting on the Steam Deck train.
Lol Nintendo fanboy. Yes Nintendo first party games won't be as "great" as emulating on PC/Steam Deck and emulation isn't illegal if you own it and Nintendo not bringing it over to modern hardware. The Steam Deck is a gateway between PC/Console where you can buy your games CHEAPER than your switch store for third party games instead of waiting forever. Both devices are companion pieces to each other, like PS5, Xbox and PC.
@@Qrinity I donât see the appeal of a Steam Deck, which is a nice device but Iâve never been keen on emulation as it doesnât have the magic of owning the actual hardware, plus I plan on working with Nintendo someday and i have no intention of ruining that by illegally emulating Nintendo games, particularly Switch games, plus the Steam Deck is niche and while Steam games may be cheaper, Valve can afford to make their games cheaper because their using someone elseâs software where as Nintendo designs both the software and hardware thereâs a magic in the Switch that just isnât there for the Steam Deck.

@@Adamtendo_player_1 basically you don't like games then. There are literally 1000s of games on Steam that are never going to be available on the Switch. There's no other console where you can play God of War and Halo on the same machine, then boot up Red Dead Redemption or Starfield. Maybe a bit of Balders Gate 3. Then you can indie games months or years before the Switch gets them. The Deck doesn't kill the Switch but it opens up so many games.
@@eaglemmoomin_418 of course I like games I donât like certain games or genres of a games, I have a big problem with PlayStation itâs games games as theyâre no longer Japanese, I donât like emulation of Nintendoâs games, more so the Switch, this guy isnât a true Nintendo fan, Iâm a purist and prefer to play games on their physical hardware. Plus I donât need something as niche like the steam deck, which will never be as magical as the switch.
