Thank you Dena!! As you know Alan was my best friend !!! He collapsed and died with me on the golf course looking for my ball ( in Liverpool) we had so many fantastic years on our golf tours of Tenerife. He absolutely loved them !!! Those keys locked away all our stuff each year !!! 😢😢😢I do miss him !!

Great idea for a walk in wardrobe, it could be a vanity area, get full size mirrors up, little vanity desk & stool, the women would love that.
Or chuck a few bean bags in there, kids chilling room…..great looking apartment for families!

Great memories of Royal Palm. One or two ‘characters’ who stood out which I’m quite sure you would have encountered being there! 😂😂😂 Hoodie! 🥱 We had a place there for years then moved elsewhere on the island. It’s always kept pristine and Di has been amazing over the years.

Dad needs his own channel - love his solo videos 😊
Build a stud wall with a lockable door about a meter from the back wall. That can then be a massive owners cupboard and would free up the other one in the living area. You can then use the rest of the space with rails like your original idea.
That is some size room, looks lovely now without all the wardrobes. A lovely sentiment memory of your dad's friend at the end. ❤

You may want to consider adding some ventilation to the room, or removing the door, it may be contributing to the damp. As others have said you could use it as a walk in wardrobe or maybe a nursery / playroom for toddlers?

He is successful, grew up on a council estate and worked very hard. Some luck in there too..took a gamble in the 80’s on the apartments and it paid off 😊

If it’s such a burden having a rental property, that I’m sure was purchased at a fantastic price compared to today’s prices, giving a regular income, then why not just sell it. No more hassle for you. 🤷♂️
