  • In this video I decided to make some quick and easy bicycle wall brackets for storage. I made 2 in total. These were made out of 100% recycled materials and are very strong. The wood is all from free Pallets.

    Great,
This is how all diy project should be. Less harm to mother nature from our activities.

Great job Phil they turned out great, any pictures with the bikes on them , I was thinking of just getting hooks for my bikes but I’m gonna have to borrow another one of your ideas like I did with the mountain bike stand, keep the videos coming my friend

Cheers Chris 👍 hooks would also be fine. I don't have a pic as they are in my brother's garage at the moment. I'm glad you are getting something out of the videos I really appreciate the support 🙂

When you make something you should always do an outcome demonstration

Hi Phil, your videos are great and you've truly inspired me to try making these so thank you very much for posting. Just wondering, would you recommend one or two mounts for hanging one bicycle?

Thank you very much for watching my videos ☺️ I would recommend 1 bracket as they are a very strong design.

not all bikes have straight/level top tubes. my MTB would dip down ~30°; my wife's ~40°. (both are XS frames)...

Yes this is true. This was a very basic design I did a few years ago now.

Would this be strong enough to take 3 bikes(40-50kg) if made longer & bolted securely to the wall?
