I used to be an amateur powerlifter, no impressive numbers or anything, but all of that is completely gone since I had heart problems. I had trouble climbing the stairs for months, and was out of breath simply making a sandwich. But one day I will get the fuck back at all that and I will outlift my old self.

I feel this bro, I have the kind of strength most people wish they had. I almost lost my life when I got hit by a drunk driver, couldn't walk for close to 3 months. Doctor said it would take years to heal, here the fuck I am. My father just died from a massive heart attack, I walked through the thoughts of killing myself. I'm not out yet, but at this point.. I'll drag any mother fucker down to the pits of hell with me and see if they can dance with the devil. At the end of all this I'm still fuckin larry gaskins. I may not be able to bench 350 anymore but once you're forged by hell fire... nobody can stop you.

10000% Agree when he said The Will will sustain us, I fell under different circumstances then what CT did, but equally as devastating. Went through the worst forms of Qigong Deviation Syndrome(Forced Chi Awakening), which only less then 100 people in the world has gone through, Not only that, body was shutting down, etc.
The best way I can describe such Devastating energy is that, If you was thinking -, times that by a million fold, and you could see the - energy manifesting right in front of you and you can't control it, Could be an - astral entity was taking over but I doubt it, I believe the - energy was from my forced awakening, in other words, didn't take proper steps for the energy to be awaken, if one awakens forcefully, wether through violence,drugs,etc, one could trigger the awakening in a - way, all depends on one life's expression.
Your body only reacts to your Will, If that fades then your gone, simple as that. Outside means nothing, Strength means nothing, Its all Will Power/Determination, Everything else, kiss it good bye..

50% mental 50% physical, if you aren't mentally engaged, e.g - if you are stressed, filled with doubt, sleep deprived, fatigued in general, malnourished - then your nervous system will not activate near its potential, its common sense that if you are mentally ready, you will perform better. Strength isn't a singular, its a combination of things, if you've trained perfectly and are capable of a PR, if you have the right mind-set, you will get it... if you go to the bar, mentally exhausted from stress and lack of sleep, filled with doubt.. you wont activate your muscles as effectively - which is a result of CNS - which is a result of your mental and physical state...that being said, what is strong for me, will be different for you
