You says all my thoughts and feelings. How do you know everything? You are a wonderful and special person.
I'm so glad these talks exist, I can't afford his program as it costs about 500€ but I already learned so much from him. I had to let go of my restricted routine. The fitness industry constantly told me to add more into it in order to be healthy but it just destroyed all my creative flow. I convinced myself that strict weight lifting is best for me. But now I just decided to let go of it and start dancing again. It's like I'm a new person I'm so fulfilled and happy when I dance. It's sad I'm already 22 and probably can't go pro but I will stick to this passion!

I love this concept of body and mind and the teachings of the temple. Rightness essence in its real embodiment and enligthment.
I just feel a meditative peace when I listen to him. I do Qi Gong with Shi Heng Yi every morning and I can tell how much he has worked on his breath and it prompts me to breath better but to listen deeply to what he says. Its strange but its hard to listen to other people in the day who don't take their breath into account and I naturally have chosen to watch less CZcams because of that. Thank you so much for all you do!!! I can't get to the monastery yet but I want to come in the future! Thank you for introducing me to this world, it's helped so much

Am I understanding this correctly: A “system” has produced only 5 people,who successfully completed the training??? If I’m understanding that correctly (which I hope I’m not!) that would mean that system was so ineffective ,that it only worked for 5 people in 11 years??? That’s a really crap system (if that’s true)…because it would mean that in 11 years whoever was in charge did not adapt the system to produce a better outcome for the students.
That’s terrible!
Also: the “system” of the army breaks men down physically and mentally (takes away every bit of their self confidence and dignity) …and then builds them up again under “their” rules and value systems in order to get these guys to comply in killing people (which is a psychological skill more than a physical one) and potentially being killed.
These people often end up with their entire sense of self worth relying on the occasional “pat on the head” by their superiors…Army comparison is perhaps not a very good one (maybe the speaker hasn’t gone to military service himself?)
