Relateable and wise words. Did I need this message today, so timely... I made a fool of myself at my daughter's basketball game. I got ejected from the stadium for arguing with the referee, me a 43 year old man. Not about the game, but about walking on the court at half time. We were both to blame, but I should know better. My parents were there, wife, everyone. Daughter was crying. Man was that stupid.
To me, this is some of the best insight shared by Peter I've ever heard him say, and he shares a lot of good stuff often.
The healing is in the return, not in never getting lost. -- Sharon Salzberg
I always felt like once damage is done it cannot be reversed. This is a good reminder that there is always hope after the damage. Never give up.
Needed that remainder, especially today!!! THANK YOU
Thanks Peter and Rich and the Entire Team that makes this Happen ❤️👍✝️
Profound! I love both these gentlemen! ❤
His words are absolute gems but I wish that the annoying background music was not playing.
the music is triggering your dark side I see... need to say something nice to heal it up quick haha
just a joke I agree the music is bad
He is So right, and this is universal. I really need to hang on to it, when things seem desperate.
Incredible! Beautifully put.
It's ok to fall down but the Vital thing is you Learn from it ✝️❤️
So cool to hear what resonates in you own head!
Get Healed Up and Help Other People ✝️
I love this...✨🙌✨
... or defending your mistakes. Which is what many people do.
Acknowledging you hurt someone and apologizing and not doing it again! An apology can be as simple as a smile and I love you. Otherwise you may need a therapist. Life didn’t come with an instruction book!
amazing
Boy can I relate.
A good tip
Can we really feel shame? Or is it an interpretation of a mix of real feelings? I feel anxiety and fear because i or other people could interpret my actions in a way that could exclude me from society? and i feel perhabs sad because my action was not rooted in my ethic principles. So i dont feels shame, i "think" myself into shame and therefor it is not about emotions but about the mindset which interprets the emotions :)
🌞❤️👍✝️

Yea. We know. WWJD
This man has aged so much! I barely recognize him. Guess health is not everything. Conscience plays into it, too.
He's in his 50's and is high achieving. Wtf arenyou talking about
Satan loves it that you don’t believe in him.
Yeah, but there are only so many times that you can allow yourself to relapse. Commitment without change is just wishful thinking.
Maybe practice ironing or buttoning your shirt daily, pal.
