To celebrate the announcement of Matthew Bourne's Cinderella returning to Sadler's Wells, as part of our 30th year celebrations, have a watch of this documentary from our video archive that was created for the South Bank Show 20 years ago, in 1997.
Tickets go on sale for Cinderella at Sadler's Wells on 6 March 2017 due to be performed at Sadler's Wells from 9 Dec 2017 - 27 Jan 2018 and followed by a UK tour!

Very interesting, thank you for sharing.
I saw Matthew Bournes Cinderella at Birmingham and it made me cry and gasp, it was pure magic.
So glad I’ve seen both the live show *and* this, as the Southbank Show was not something I enjoyed in the 90s. Yet it’s fantastic to to see the making of.
