Good for Maurice. That guy has been around long drive forever, but never in the spotlight or near the top. I think many didn't believe he was world class. Nice to see a win from such dedication, even way past his prime in his mid-30's!

The problem is it kinda boring and too much golf like so the exhibition nature of long drive weren't there.

Contestants nominated by their friends and playing partners. The contest was won by one Angelo Spagnolo. He and his guys were playing the TPC one day when they came to the dreaded 17th par three. pretty amazing. im a long hitter by most standards and have 170 mph ball speed when i catch it good... cant imagine what their ball speed is... these guys are next level.

i’ve learnt so much by watching these videos of these long hitters.Who needs an instructor ,im averaging 270 yards now on the range top tracer with a couple of really old crappy drivers 😃can’t imagine how far i can hit it when i buy a decent driver
