🗨️ Nissan X-Trail is a true SUV that can handle a bit of off-road driving because it's 4x4. This X-Trail has e-POWER and e-4ORCE technologies which means it's powered by small petrol engine that powers the electric engine that sends power on all four wheels. That was just on last 2 kilometres in city. Average consumption is under 8 litres

That petrol engine is working full-time, and the consumption is very high. Hybrid? Only occasionally. Too bad, the car is otherwise great.

I don't think that 7,8 l/100 km is a high consumption for a SUV this size

@@AndrejAuto Maybe it is not. But, for hybrid technology aiming to reduce C02 emissions, the car should mostly be in EV mode. The X-trail is not like that, sadly (unlike Toyotas). I like the car very much, still it's quite scary to think that driving on the highway for 300km, I would spend around 35L of petrol. Great review, by the way!👏👏
