Making of a Hatha Yogi - part 12: ​Training to Teach​

The Hatha Yoga trainees are currently going through Practical Assessments - ​simulated class situations where they set up and conduct a class for their fellow trainees and teachers. At the end of it, they receive specific feedback ​from all participants on how they could have handled certain aspects of the class better. This helps make them aware of the subtle nuances of hatha yoga practices and they are better prepared when they begin to teach.
