Ordered a Kraton 8s light kit....worked for a few minutes and then the controller got hot. Not long after that one of the leds on the light bar melted. Not really sure if I connected everything right but there wasn't any documentation or wiring diagrams to be found. Sent an email to the address on their site...no response. Called the phone number, no answer. Sent a text describing the issue and I did get a response. I was asked for my order number and was assured I would get a replacement, so far no replacement or even a confirmation that an order was shipped. Not at all happy with this product or the service so far.

@@mrtambourineman6107 They eventually made good on the burned out led and the controller but the communication and response time is horrible. That being said the product is a pretty cool addition to the Kraton

Where do you get the remote control unit, I have boughten both POLO CREATIONS head lights and tail lights? But I can not find the controller with the remote control hand held unit you always show in your commercials.

Do all the kits come with little remote or do we have use our rc controller?
We have 3 types of controllers, we include the remotes that best suit each car, anyways you can ask for an specific one if you are interested, the lights can also be connected directly to your car without the controller. Use traxxas udr led kit are better work with the app to so is better

Yes, we have a module that can be added to any rear taillights or Light bar. I'm not 100% sure of the prices but is around $11

I purchased your fireteam 6 light kit and it is complete trash. You sent 4 orange, 4 red, 0 white headlights and no red light bar. The connections falling apart like a 10 year old put them together. The plastic fog light housing fell apart in my hand. Shipping took forever! No customer service.
