In this video, we take to one of our favourite local spots in the Mary Valley....Fig Tree Walk. We guarantee you'll see the largest fig trees you've ever seen and the most painful plants in the world! 😲 We have coffee and pastries at a caravan and a counter meal in a rural Aussie Pub....and then there's ducklings....🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆

Hi, we're Beth & Paul from Brisbane, Australia and we love to travel!
Paul retired on 28th February 2020 and on the 1st March 2020, we set out on a 6-month adventure around South East Asia. This was a well-planned once-in-a-lifetime travel experience! It was our intention to show you how you can have a great time travelling without spending a fortune.
Our timing wasn't great - with the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus and subsequent global turmoil less than a month into our trip.
Until it is safe to travel internationally again, we turn our focus on travelling around Queensland and sharing everything our beautiful State has to offer!

Thanks Julie, no, it was a first for us too. This walk is fabulous because it isn’t well known and there’s something magical about walking through a rainforest and it’s just you and nature 🌿
