    Road To 14.1 Billiards High Run | Part 2
    Hello, everyone. I decided to start the new series called "The road to a high run in straight pool". I'll try to run certain amount of balls in 6 months. In this video you can watch my first decent run over a hundred balls in 14+1.
    Straight pool, which is also called 14.1 continuous and 14.1 rack, is a cue sport in which two competing players attempt to pot as many billiard balls as possible without playing a foul. The game, which is played on a billiard table, is the primary version of pool that was played in professional competition until it was superseded by faster-playing games like nine-ball and eight-ball in the 1970s

    oh my God you took the time to edit out the dead seconds and show every English. that's nuts. I once cut the dead time from a simple highlight video of 20 shots and it took forever. appreciate this awesome editing. I'm sure the shooting will be just as good.

    been watching your vids for forever bro, those "What a shot!" edits were some of the best pool video compilations of their time back in those old glory CZcams days! my goal is is to run 100+ at some point in my life. You're an inspiration and dang good editor. So cool you're friends with Fedor as well. keep doing what you're doing, the pool world really appreciates and enjoys it. Those new comedy YT Shorts you make are hilarious as well :D

    Amazing run! I saw how emotional the last 60 balls were! You did awesome! This was just one of your attempts! I know how much goes into this stuff and you did incredible. Don't let that shot when the 1 didn't roll far enough stick to you! Great job!

    200 balls is very hard to get but you don't start a real run the way in this video unfortunately and I'm sure that this man would agree...still a hard thing to do this way...he started the run like he was already playing... normally you have to call a ball and make it with the que ball behind the line to start your run...he started like it was his second rack...200 like that still a very hard thing to do...but the correct way is even harder...I believe that the world record is still Willie Mosconi with 500+ balls...also not saying that he did it but anyone can claim a number and post an edited video

    • @genipool
      @genipool  Před 3 lety

      Dude, this is like straight pool runs are played. Every high run is started with easy break ball with ball in hand
      I don't claim I have a world record. The world record now is 626 by John Schmidt who has run this exactly this way.

    • @genipool
      @genipool  Před 3 lety

      Also you can find the link in the description where I've uploaded a full version. It is edited only where I rack the balls: czcams.com/video/Xjnqm-Dd-eY/video.html. Anyway I don't see a point to cheat here. If I wanted I could photoshop 10000 balls run
