I Visited the Plant of Regulator Marine Boats...What I Found SHOCKED Me.

- Regulator Marine has become synonymous in the boating industry for the quality of their offshore center console fishing boats. But although the quality of Regulator may be what they're known for, what I discovered in their factory literally shocked me, as you'll see in this video.
The bottom line is this: Regulator has one of the most fascinating workplace cultures I've ever seen. They are a special, one-of-a-kind organization, as are the people that work for them. Are they cheap? No.
But watching a video like this helps you understand why.
They know who they are, and they know what they're not.
And they also clearly understand their purpose and mission as an organization.

I have always like Regulator Boats, but now, I am in awe of them and love them! What a great message to start every day with prayer. To support your people, to show love and kindness. You should be very proud of yourselves for having the courage to do this. Prayer and God are lost these days due to fear of people being upset over it. Regulator clearly has a team that has faith and purpose. They will be my next purchase when I’m done with my Boston Whaler.

When you buy a new boat, part of the contents in the owners bag is a bible. Very nice touch in my opinion.
That's how a company should be run. Our country is missing this, we used to have this, and I'm glad there's still some out there speckled across our country. You take the time to set everything up the correct way, using the correct tools and good people and you'll be successful. It's all about having a great system and great ownership.
Took the tour back in 2018 was very impressed as I watched my 25 footer put together.they run an awesome operation .I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to buy a boat

I'm telling you, they need a 25 center console with twin inboard outboards, a pair of the merc 4.5 or 4.3. that would be a winner.

I would love to have a Regulator. I seen them 25 YO at the Cobo boat show, no other boat impressed me more, been my dream boat since.

A 26’ Regulator is my goal. Currently have a KenCraft Challenger which is very similar to the older 23’ Regulator

If you ever get down to Miami, check out the SeaVee factory as well! They’re on the opposite side of Miami as contender, but it’s still worth it
I was a Regulator owner and I own and love my 31 Contender FA it’s my forever boat. That said the build quality of the Contender is not
at Regulators level.

Hey Jimmy, thanks for asking. One of my main plans for the channel is to become a hub of information about all the boating manufactures within the inshore and offshore fishing space, and show a different lens of their companies and products. So you'll be consistently seeing videos in the coming months from multiple manufacturers that have already agreed to host us at their plants, show their stories, and discuss some of their popular boats.
You might want to check out Bayless boat works in wanchese their plant is amazing as well but they lean more towards big offshore boats I'm sure you've seen it is right next to O'Neil's

I know your building your channel so you may want to look at a couple entry level boats for the average working class person like me I have an old sea fox it's not the greatest boat but it was in my budget at the time again this is just my opinion either way I'm gonna continue to watch the videos I really enjoy them

Both great, high end brands Adrian. I would say the “ride” of the Regulator seems to be appreciated across the entire industry.

So when I was looking at buying a Sea hunt boat I toured the factory to see how they were built it looks like you weren't buying a regulator boat why would you waste your time going to a regulator factory if you're not gonna buy one
