When you tested the mic at 3 feet was the gain still at 50%? Curious as to how realistically far this mic will be usable for gaming with friends plan to be at least 2 feet away.
If I remember correctly, yes. I always try to make sure that I leave it at base, out of the box settings when I do my testing. And I have used it from 2 feet away and it still sounds solid!
