- The plaintiff ordered hair extensions from the defendant’s shop. When the plaintiff went to pick them up, she claims they were the wrong length, so the plaintiff is suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff is suing him for no good reason. If she didn’t want the hair extensions, she shouldn’t have left his shop with them.

In the hair styling business your reputation is everything. If the defendant thinks it is only $512 as he said in the hall, why would he want to risk his reputation for a small amount of money ? He lied about the hair, it is obvious.

They were both acting so weird I guess maybe it's a cultural thing or maybe something that's in a certain city I just understand why they talk and act that way not classy for either of them and doesn't sound intelligent or educated.
But maybe there's something I'm missing and that's something that people from wherever they're from do or part of a their culture I don't know but I feel like I lost brain cells listening to two of them talk just the way they speak they're just something off about it.
And they are both very disrespectful at the end poor Harvey was like get these guys away from me I felt bad for him having to listen to that.
The judge makes a good point when she says, if you believe the client already has the hair, you would ask the client to return the hair (undamaged) if she wants a full refund.
It's hilarious at the end he's trying to play it off like that money means nothing to him. He spent the whole time yanking her around. At the end all he could do was bad mouth her and act like a fool, extremely unprofessional.

The plaintiff did the most important thing which was to text him about her requests. She had the necessary documentation to sue him in court to get her $ back. Had she not done that, it would have been her word vs. his. Smart woman.

I think anybody would have an attitude if you spent $500 on an item and they sent you the wrong thing. A lot of these hair salons always double book in case they have a cancellation so they don't lose money. On top of the poor customer service.🤔

I am attracted to all sorts of beautiful woman, but my one time favorite will always be one who can wake up in the morning put a ball cap on and be ready to go within a reasonable amount of prep time, no three inch nails fake or not, no 4" heels 👠 that look great but are impractical, no pound of makeup and hair spray that is a fire hazard, no fake color eyes, or lashes , I can't stand fake boobs or butts and no I care not for weaves or wigs, and the dreds are not working in the end either. Just a plain wrapper no tats all over other thank you. Save your money Honey's there are far more deserving men out there that agree with me. And will appreciate honesty and a clean lifestyle,no drugs or alcohol sex either until your in a secure and committed relationship.
