Rams love silvopasture grazing! With silvopasture establishment from previous brushy areas, the sheep will be at home with eating sprouts. Shade and food all in one setting.
Greg I love your videos. So I plan on starting a farm in about two years when I retire from the Air Force. Doing cattle and sheep. Just want to say thank you for providing all this information. I have literally watched every video you have made twice. Love your content and keep up the good work and thanks for all the incite.
That young ram with the black eyes and ears is adorable. Sheep make me laugh, sometimes they look at you and you wonder if much is going on in between their ears. 😊 Makes sense why God calls us sheep, haha.
I just watched this video again. I remember this video being the one that made me decide to run sheep. I now have 5 lamb rams rotating around 6 acres and some of it looks a lot like that in KY. I'm going to keep my best 2 and then I'm going to butcher the other 3 myself. Then I'm going to get as many ewes as I can next year and start building my flock. Had them down to 1 wire and then my energizer went out and they figured it out, back to 3 for awhile.
Greg, that's one gorgeous ram....Katahdin? Going to give you some good color! Thank you for the sheep vids! Got 16 on the land right now, rotating every 2-4 days, mostly brush paddocks right now.
That weed is Clearweed, Pilea Pumila. Great video, thanks Greg. Liked you showing the 3/4 in black poly line with the quick disconnect. Do you have a video (to save me time going through all your videos to find it) about the other end of that black poly line?
Greg, do you have a livestock book you recommend for lambing/ calving tracking? No longer do I want to depend on a PC/phone for such critical information after it has crashed. Thank you
Wow 2 lessons in one day!! Thanks , they sure would make any bull blush. God Bless

That ram IS GORGEOUS. Looks nice and slick, he doesn't mind you being close, and his coat looks like Spanish cattle
“They got some nuts!” 😂🤣

I can just picture a 10 point buck cruising through there.

Hello Mr.Judy
