WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes talks about the conversation he had with Seth Rollins before he wrestled at HIAC with a torn pec #wwe #codyrhodes #sethrollins
CVV: "Hey, Cody. What time is it right now?" Cody: "Time is such an interesting concept. One minute, it's morning, the next, it's night. My father, 'The American Dream' Dusty Rhodes, once told me a story about the time he bought a watch..."
since you lack the intelligence to parse what he said ill sum it up for you like a toddler "Im not gonna say what seth said because it would make him look good and i dont like him but i respect him alot more after his decision"
He addressed the question but refused to leak what they talked about, Chris just cut it. Probably the reason why Chris never bothered to it in the video.
@@bluecrasher7710let me help you. I guess you must be growing up around the time that wrestlers use back to back move is common. Back in the day, superplex, like its name, is a super move that not only it damaged your opponent, but also your own back. That's why back in the day after you perform a superplex, you crawl to your opponent, selling your back pain, and cover them for a pinfall. Seth Rollins using the superplex falcon arrow combo completely buried the superplex users of the past, really. That's why it ruined wrestling psychology from the past standart. But we know that todays wrestlers perform a lot of those things that make that move a common thing now

@@grandtorinoxo fax. Gotta remember Seth was looked at as number 2 until Cody came, beat him at Mania and he was instantly number 3 in the offices eyes
No, they have real heat with each other. Cody wasn't keeping kayfabe. They almost got into a backstage fight. I've watched interviews with Cody before and he's explained that the reason why is because Seth was pissed that Cody was getting pushed the way that Seth thought he should've been pushed. Clearly they have a lot of respect for each other but personally they don't like each other, they're rivals
I don't know. I think there is a possibility that they really don't like each other that much. And that is totally fine. You don't have to be friends with everybody. But both are professionals and i'm sure they have big respect for each other.
A lot of the conversation around Seth nowadays has been hate and its good to hear a real perspective about of the best performers in the business today
Seth repaid the favor and then some by wrestling the biggest tag match ever at WM40 night 1 and maybe the greatest run-in of all time on night 2, on a freshly torn meniscus
Just goes to show that in any line of work, you could hate somebody with every fiber of your being(not saying Cody or Seth does or anything) but you can still show respect for how talented they are
WWE wrestlers are one of the most humble and down to earth peeps who lift each other up, show their appreciation and regards to one other every time they get the chance to.
Seth Rollins is the new generations Sean Michaels if there was a comparison but Seth is still in a brand new league of his own very undervalued but plays his role extremely well any role you give him Seth >Roman
And I wish Seth would get over this thing with Cody. He gave him respect last episode and they came to a truce in August. But Cody doesn’t come off remotely as a bad guy or that he had any bad intentions against Seth. And right before their truce Cody was trying to get Seth to come to his senses after the match with Judgment Day and was doing his best to put the beef aside. Seth’s not fully letting go of this is the only thing that annoys me with him. Because I respect him greatly in terms of his craft snd passion and what he’s doing right now.
I think Seth doesn’t get the credit from the company he deserves. That dude works his tail off and never has bad matches! He has the belt which is good but I think he needs to be in more involved in top notch story lines!
@@dantetovar Yeah, but his daddy’s legacy comes from being the Booker. Cody, to me, offers little to no interest as a Champion. I’m waiting for the return of Stardust.
So cody has it harder than seth. For seth the crowd has to love who he is and his character and be good at what you do. He has more respect in the locker room for hard work getting there but needs to build that trust with the other talent. Cody has a locker room he has to win over because of a family name cuz they think hes handed a silver spoon, he also has everyone company wide and the audience watching the show that are immediately judging him based off his dad and brothers name and immediately comparing him to them. Him trying to create his own lane and his own version of the family name to try and separate the comparisons, i feel he did a damn good job. Fan of them both and they both have done an amazing job with what they were given.
I hope they have feud again soon This Roman vs Cody match ain’t happening until wrestlemania because Romans character is a brat on top with his belts and refuses to defend them Seth’s character is the opposite and welcomes all new different opponents to defend his belt
Yeah it was a huge moment wenn he showed off his injury and it was cool he still showed heart and competed against the physical odds but tbh this is professional wrestling and those 2 are professionals in what they do ESPECIALLY seth is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and he knows the risks but still agreed to compete with someone that is heavily injured.
