@rsseehra72 Waheguru Jio. My comments was not intended to be offensive or disrespectful.
If you are saying that Bhai Sahib Bhai Avtar Singh Jis singing is disrespectful to our Guru Ji. I think you need to start from Sri Harmander Sahib Ji and our history Gurdwaras where the second Shabad are sung like Bollywood and not in the Raag Gurbani is written.
Bhai Sahib Bhai Avtar Singh Ji was a highly respected for his Jeevan and for singing the most Shabad in the Gurbani Raags in most difficult Taals. Our Iconic Raagi and Kirtaneya Singh Sahib Bhai Samund Singh Ji document with Patiala University published 2 Books that sons of Baba Jawala Singh Ji (Bhai Gurcharan Singhji and Bhai Avtar Singh Ji) sang the Kirtan passed on 11 generation dating from the time of Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj.
Bhai Avtar Singh Ji Kirtan inspired and impacted a huge Sikh youth to Gurmat Sangeet and also playing the Taus.
My father and I have attended and recorded Bhai Avtar Singh Jis Assa-Ki-Var Kirtan in 1st Jan when only the Granthi Saahib and the two of us were present. The Gurdwara committee asked Bhai to take rest and not do Assa-Ki-Var since the Sangat went home at 2am. But 6am Bhai Sahib ji sang Assa-Ki-Var singing at the same high note as a full Sangat hall and sung Assa Di Partal. All because they sung for getting Blessings from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, and felt Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji in their Maan.
