Hi. Thanks for fascinating video and materials! Also you might need to fix some issues in materials: 1) For Oni example is mentioned twice; 2) for -ieť you still have študovať

Just a question regarding the test section at the end - how come kúpiť becomes kupujeme? You put it under the -iť ending rule, so I would have thought it would look like kúpime. Could you explain?

We have in our language a lot of exceptions, so it might be one of many. But kúpime is actually correct but it means future tense : we are going to buy.

Hi Joe, thanks a lot for your comment. Just as Juraj kindly explained the word kúpime is used for the future, not the present tense.

I think it's a mix up of the perfective and imperfective forms, where kupovať is imperfective, kúpiť is perfective. I would have put kúpime in the test.

this is perfect thanks! just one question though, I am already bilingual, dutch is my native language and I am fluent in English. would it be easier to just keep learning this in english or to take the extra step and also try to translate it to dutch? Dakujem!

Thank you very much for your comment and question! :) Actually, we'd recommend you to learn it in English unless you can find in Dutch some structural or lexical similarities with Slovak. Keep learning Slovak! :)

predpokladam, ze to vysvetluje niekomu, kto po Slovensky este nevie. Ak by to hovorila po Slovensky, prilis by to nepomohlo.
Vyslovnost ma podla mna peknu (nespominam si aku ma Caputova)
