I once found the track to a 1,200 kilogram Bison but I never found the bastard. The tracks just ended like he despawned. I was so sad and pissed at the same time. LOL.
Got my first diamond yesterday it was a buck then the next day I got a turkey in real life, but very nice job there Flinter.

every time i look at the visuals for this game i get really upset they can't or wont take the time to make the original Hunter look this good.it would greatly improve the immersion factor and hunting a lot more fun,but they rather smack all of us in the face with an outdated engine and choppy visuals.
They could take the time and migrate the original hunter and keep the gameplay the way it is now-we just want better graphics and environments rich in detail like this game has.Come on Avalanche,don't be a jerk and show us some respect,we paid for this game with our subscriptions and buying up your crap with microtransactions.
The community needs to get behind a petition to push for this-hell,goes as far as boycott the game to get the message across to the Devs.

Is there a way to make potential diamonds spawn more? I've honestly seen 1 lvl5 and I've been playing for 100+ hours..
So I've been doing some testing lately. My best theory so far is just to kill as many males as possible :)

Yeah Flinter, that's my teory as well. Killing males of one species spawn more males of that same species.
How many trophy rating points does a moose need to have to be a diamond?
220 is the minimum, but I think there is a hidden decimal value because I've seen 220s go 949

More Small game and cold steel blowgun with big boar spears devs make it happen
They would need to add some sort of lure that eggs the boar into charging at you. Maybe a challenge call or something. I'd love a boar spear in game.

Flinter what’s the best starting map on console
system is irrelevant . i found layton to be easiest to start on. the deers are easily attracted to the bleat. you get the elk call fairly early level too, which is a layton animal.

I have never seen a level 5 moose on my map or multiplayer and I am at level 53
You tend to not see high level animals until you hit 60 I shot 1 diamond before 60. I shot like 5 a week after.
