Thanks for this great video ! My family and I plan on moving to Conroe in 2024 from Florida. For the last house is it possible to request a high ceiling build instead ?
They’re a customizable builder not really a custom builder. On the last house there’s like 4 rooms over the living room so it wouldn’t be possible. For the grand 2 story ceiling look you’d have to go with one of their other plans that don’t have rooms over the living room space.

Hi. Could you kindly please make a video about The Woodlands Hills, Willis, Texas and Republic Grand Ranch, Willis, Texas. Are these two communities in danger of flood? Are they in flood zone? Republic Grand Ranch claims that they are 400 FT Above Sea Level. Is that good enough in your opinion. Thank you very much. And my last question is which of these three master planned community would you pick to buy a house in and move there? I greatly appreciate your input on this, the communities are: The Woodlands Hills, Grand Central park, and Dunham Pointe. Which of these three would you pick to move to? The reason I am asking is because I am thinking of moving there with my Husband and I absolutely do not want to make a mistake specially since we would be coming from Toronto, Canada so it is a very big deal and a massively huge change. Thank you very much. Also another question, you talk very highly of Meridiana in the South Houston, is Meridiana safe? is it in the flood zone? Thank you once again. God Bless you.
I’ve visited Woodlands Hills but don’t have enough people looking out in Willis to feature it. Pretty community though. Although surprisingly close to lake Conroe the Woodlands Hills is not in a special flood zone. Neither is majority of RGR. I like DP most because of its proximity to Houston and other nice communities/amenities around it but the community itself is not spectacular. I think GCP is my favorite of the bunch but the homes are really on top of each other. Willis is my least favorite due to its location.
I love Meridiana but compared to the other locations mentioned it’ll be flatter and not as pretty but the community itself is really nice. Depends on your budget and lifestyle. How much earnest money is needed for a community like Artivia?
👋🏽😊 Depends on the builder. Some have a flat fee. Some have a percentage point of the home total.
