Could you please make a video about how you make a video, explaining everything ranging from coming up with ideas, picking out the best, doing keyword research, writing an outline, bullet pointing ideas or writing the whole script, choosing stock videos to use, editing it in probably premiere pro, making a catchy thumbnail and a title, publishing and watching the metrics to course correct, etc?

Kysymys: mitä kautta yleensä vuokraat asunnon siksi ajaksi kun olet Dubaissa? Vedätkö ihan Airbnb:llä? Oma suunnitelma on myös pitää Dubai "as a home base" osan ajan vuodesta. Mut ymmärtääkseni normaalit vuokrat ovat käytännössä aina vuoden mittaisia, ja maksetaankin vuodeksi etukäteen.
Kaytan alustaa nimelta "Blueground" - sielta saa lyhyen ajan vuokria (tosin kalliita) - ongelma kylla osan vuodesta asumisessa on etta kuukausivuokrat paljon kalliimpia jos ei vuokraa vuodeksi

Tech salaries are very low, would not come for that

Real estate, consulting are very good, I don't know all the details as I work for myself, look into numbers online

What do you mean? You create the company in Dubai and it is registered there, hence it is real

the renewal fees of the company is something that is also always forgotten including your visa renewal
those fees are tiny in comparison if you make decent money
@@tuomaskiv depends on your setup in mainland or freezone, it's thousands of dollars each year to renew
..which is a tiny amount if you make decent money
