Death Road to Canada is a Randomly Generated Road Trip Simulator. You control and manage a car full of jerks as they explore cities, recruit weird people, argue with each other, and face gigantic swarms of slow zombies.
Death Road is built for replay value. Everything is randomized: locations, events, survivor appearances and personalities. There's a different story every time you play, set in a world that doesn't take itself too seriously.

The funniest part of the dog betraying you, is that you already had the Dog's loyalty revealed from robbing that injured old woman, so this wouldn't have happened if you just remembered, or at least checked the status screen.
On the other hand if I remember correctly, none of the other team members were trustworthy either.

I love the prospect that you could somehow have a party of dogs driving to Canada through the zombie apocalypse in a desperate tail of betrayal and intrigue where they learn how to love.. and how to forgive.
I've actually done just that. I don't think we made it all the way, but it was a great journey

What i really like about that game: Every time i got to canada i arrived with a completely different party than i started with. It's like "cool, at least somebody got to canada, even if you don't know them.".
The way the dog walks after picking the purse up is pure comedic genius on the games' part. This game honestly does look really fun and id be down for more of it if kevin wanted to

Exactly what I was going to say! I literally bought some of the games he played lately and I'm enjoying them right now! Also, it's a nice boost in selling for the developers as well. Summer Sale just started so it's a nice time to grab some of them :)

Fr I started playing this game because of him and Rtgame’s previous videos on this and it’s so addictive, really fun on switch too
and he hardly does full play throughs so we are able to experience most of the games ourselves

The most memorable time I've played this game and actually won was with my friend, and the reason why we won was because of Santa, he actually manage to do everything by himself and make us won the game. The most badass npc ever.

I think this is the most restrained I've ever seen Kevin, he made more safe choices here than in all the years I've been watching.
Feels like he remenber how unforgivable the game was with his impulsive choices last time he played it, so he restrained himself to last longer. Not much longer mind you, but he did went on for a little more.

My ex and I used to play this game a lot and seeing Kevin play it has reminded me of all those really nice memories. It's especially nice because I found Kevin through him, us watching his comedy night videos together mostly, and he's become one of my favourite youtubers. Even though the ex eventually ghosted me, seeing this mash up of some of our two favourite things brings a tear to my eye, in a good way. Thank you Kevin :)

Yay, more death road to Canada! I bought this game after last time Kevin played it, made a character called Jim Pickens, sent him to negotiate us through a hostile roadblock.....
He defected, stole our car and all our supplies, joined the bad guys and left us in the dust 🤣
I played this game like 4 years ago. I won the game once as a pug running around on my rear legs, all of my other survivors died. Good game!
Finally after all this time, kevin finally decided to revisit death road to canada. A true dream come true

If you do play this game again and are up for some serious furniture throwing you've got to get the too swole to control perk because with another strength trait or a few in-game levels you can pull toilets and sinks out of the ground to throw also there is a throw button for furniture as well as the slam you are using
Hearing Kevin scream "WHAT?!" after leaving Grognak behind is so satisfying for some reason.
I adore this game, and it'd be really fun to see Kevin give it a whirl a few more times since it's got a feckton of events to mess with.

We have two weiner dogs in the family and I can tell you they cannot be trusted, never let their cuteness trick you! This game is always a wild ride, glad to see it back and hope it isn't the last time.
I work at Ikea and now I'm going to walk around work thinking about how throwable each piece of furniture is
I actually just finished a run of this game and it ended in the most hollywood way possible. I recruited a dog along the way during my run. Eventually i reached the last siege of the run and all my characters died at that specific moment except the dog. The dog ended up being the only one who made it to Canada. Every person in my team died to protect the doggo.
It helps to know what all of the stat checks are. Bad loyalty caused your bad dog to betray you. It also helps that you can review these stats by going to the top right menu during an encounter.
Love how you can meet the characters, you've created in other runs. It leads to some hilarious moments.
Grognak wouldn't have remembered what she did for us because she has Amnosia, so let us all remember for her.
There's a mode in that game where instead of meeting normal survivors you usually meet insane people like Jason or a gnome riding a rat thing its pretty great
I was amazed to see Death road to Canada pop back up on my CZcams recommended and I’m happy it’s getting more recognition because this game truly is an underrated gem. Love the video Kevin I hope we get another sequel of your play through!
Hey Kevin, I know you probably won’t see this, and are a very busy person, but I just wanted to say thank you for just being you. I love your videos, and they helped me through a recent series of depression episodes. You’ve always been a big person for me, almost like a father (this probably sounds rlly weird lol) as my father left me and my stepfather works almost 20 hours a day just to provide a comfy lifestyle for me and my family. I actually watched one of your videos to hype myself up and get in a good mood to come out as non-binary to my family. So, no matter what people say, continue to be you. I hope this rant made any semblance of sense.
