Got to give you credit. There’s a lot of folks building these and getting their projects done and functional, but when you’re done it looks like it rolled out of the factory that way. Outstanding CLEAN work. Well, well done.

I HAVE WATCHED ALL YOUR VIDEOS ! I NOW HAVE A 1988 GRUMMAN OLSON P30 STEP VAN AND WANT TO CONVERT IT. IT HAS A CHEVY 350 EFI, AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LAYING OUT THE INTERIOR CONFIGURATION. I AM CONSIDERING USING A HEAT PUMP FOR HEATING AND COOLING. I HAVE BEEN INSPIRED BY YOUR WORK, SIMPLY AMAZING !

    I'm pretty sure that's a mistake I would make...sometimes using that tape measure upside-down gets a little tricky! 😅
    Happy Thanksgiving!

Cut twice measure once, or was it measure twice cut once, lol. End result looks good though.

Chad, I really appreciate the work you're doing on the LMTV. Great stuff and I'm getting a lot of ideas for the M1083 I just picked up. My plan is to build a habitat in the back once I get the truck to a high degree of reliability.
I'm replacing the brake parking brake and trailer manifold in the cab. And I'm using all new hoses. So... How do you get the heater unit out? I figured since I'm digging into the back of heater unit and I want to put on a new exhaust hose to the brake manifold, I might as well pull out the heater unit and do a cleanup and inspection. Do I have to lift the cab and unbolt it from below the cab floor?
Thanks for any guidance you can provide, but if you don't have time to answer, all good. Just keep on making these great videos.
And thanks for sharing the knowledge.

The heater has 6 bolts that you can get to from under the cab and the coolant lines. It’s not too bad to pull. While you have it out, check the windshield washer lines that run behind the heater. Mine were disconnecting and dumping on the floor when I got my truck.

@@BrokeOverLand Yes, lol, I saw that in your video. Coincidentally, my windshield washer doesn't work and I haven't done the troubleshooting yet. It would be hilarious if mine was disconnected as well. Btw, I agree with the commenter below. Your work is very clean and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. I can't figure out how your painted metal dashboard looks like new. My dashboard metal is flaking so I'm going to sandblast and paint. Thanks for the help and keep up the great work.

Nice, I have the same hinges. Where did you get that jig for drilling the holes for them?

He'll no, don't change. I would have added a 1 in strip of molding to one edge of door and added some router detail to look like it was planned. Redoing all the toung and groove joints and cutting new plastic inserts no way.

DUDE! I think you need to fix the lower left drawer to be more like the others! I like the contrast!

I’ve decided, since all the drawers are the same size I’ll randomly swap that drawer to a different location every time I film in there just to see if anyone notices. :)
